I bought a refurbished Iphone 5C from them 5 months ago. I paid almost $300 after tax. I was told everything was checked and it was in like new condition. Within a week the screen started lifting up in the corner. I went in and they fixed it under warrantee, stating it must have been a bad screen. Then, a month or two later, I went back with the SAME issue plus the sensor had stopped working due to the screen lifting in the SAME top left corner. They said the screens can be hit or miss, replaced it and the button. Fast forward to now, two months after my warranty has ended. THE SAME PROBLEM has happened for a third time! The top left corner is lifting off. I went to the apple store and they said the battery was swollen. I went in and explained that this was why the screen was lifting and that I was frustrated the battery was never checked. They said my warranty was over but they could replace the battery for $35 but that I would have to leave my phone for 24 hours because (and I quote) "We have high paying customers we have to take care of" The manager even told me in specifics that he had six phones to fix before the next day. They wouldnt even look at it or accept any fault. When I told them that it was never a faulty screen, the manager told me that a faulty battery doesnt lift from the top, it would lift the screen from the side. Look up youtube or go to apple. 5C iphones with bad batteries cause lifting from the top first. So i took my business elsewhere and was able to get my battery tested (SHOCKER, it was bad) and it was only $24 to replace. Please review places before you purchase from them. This place obviously wasnt being thorough with trouble shooting the issue, otherwise they would have realized something was causing the screen to keep getting damaged and raise up. They didnt. So the warranty is useless. I can say, the repair man and front customer service guy are polite and kind. The repair man was willing to look at my phone on the spot but the manager wouldnt allow it. The manager is just very disrespectful and doesnt care about your phones issues if youre not shoving hundreds of dollars at them. Just an unfortunate situation all around. Ive never left a bad review before, but I figured my experience might be able to help others when deciding where to purchase a used phone and where to get one fixed!

I went to Indy Cellular 4Less yesterday after I was referred by a family friend, and my local Sprint store. They insisted I would save money, and get the best customer service experience possible, and they were right. I needed to upgrade my phone and jump in to the 20th century, and my son being a typical teenage boy went to basketball practice and lost his phone. The day before I went to our local Sprint store and they told me to upgrade my phone I would have to sign a two year contract plus pay extra for a data plan, and I would have to pay 340 dollars to replace my sons phone! They told me I needed to go to Indy Cellular 4Less in Castleton and they could help me. So when I went there yesterday I was very impressed with the store the second I walked in. The store was busy, neat, clean, and was filled with cellphones. There were two gentleman working, and I spoke with the owner (Brian) and he was a god send. He was not only knowledgeable about all the phone carriers, and all the phones, but was caring about my situation and promised me he would help me save money.He bought my phone and gave me credit towards the new one, got my son a new phone, and even gave us car chargers, and cases at a discounted rate!! I was so relieved I walked out of there only paying 206 dollars for two smartphones, 2 car chargers, 2 cases, and wonderful experience!! I also have a father who is 80 and needs a phone for emergencies, and I called up to the store today and spoke with a gentleman named Kent, and he guided me through what I would need for my father and what the best plan was! Now I can sleep easy knowing my father has a phone for emergencies! Please do NOT make the mistake of going somewhere else! I will never go anywhere else for my cellphone needs. I am going to tell everyone I know about Indy Cellular 4Less, and so should you!!

Its ridiculous I have to give them 1 star. I went in to purchase a phone guy behind the counter talked me into buying an iPod. 4th generation. (Keep in mind I dont own any apple products). . . . I also purchased a phone. So they made money off of me. I asked before purchasing if I could download free songs via app. He said yes. I get home and I cant download any apps at all. NONE! cuz its on iso 6.1 so I googled it. Read that the iPod is outdated! I go back in so he can correct the problem ... keep in mind they have NOT one other iPod to choose from. They say here is an iPhone 4 were gonna eat the cost very rude like! Like its my fault u sold me an iPod that is out dated! I wanted them to start the phone up so I could see that it was gonna work. . . Nope couldnt do that either. . . They acted like it was my fault! My fault! I have purchased a few phones. Never again! BAD BUSINESS! If they could a been a little more polite I probably wouldnt feel like this! Just took the time to show me the replacement they gave me was gonna work! I planned on buying 2 cases For my workers phones! He was so rude cutting me off I didnt have time to get there.

I Googled "Used Phones Indianapolis" and these guys showed up everywhere and looked like a safe bet. The shop was very clean and the 3 employees were over the top helpful and full of insight. I went in looking for an iPhone but after hearing the pros and cons from the 3 of them (1 iPhone user and 2 Android users) I decided I was going to take the plunge and get the Note 4. Wow I am so impressed with the android operating system which I would of never even thought of trying if I had not stumbled upon this place. They didn’t try to push the most expensive phone on me after hearing my needs they suggested last years model saying me about $180, thanks! You can tell these guys care as there was about 9 customers in the shop while I was in there and I would say ½ the customers just had questions or needed help with a tech questions and they spent as much time with them as the paying customers. The owner of the shop gave me $20 off the Note 3 and a discount on a glass shield when I mentioned I had saw a coupon online (hint hint). Thanks guys for converting me to Android!

This company is very deceiving with their phones they are selling as new phones and they are actually defective bad representation I told them that I wanted a Verizon phone and they told me that it was a Verizon unlocked phone I took the phone to the Verizon store to try to activate the phone Verizon representative told me that the phone was not compatible with their system and actually it was not a Verizon phone so I tried to return the phone to the store they said no refunds Ive purchased several phones with this company before Ive actually used their services before but when I tried to purchase this particular phone and also stated that I was going to use Verizon services they said to me that it be would be fine learning later this was not good Verizon symbols on the back of the phone I looked on the back of the phone and had no emblem any sort representative show me what their actual phones look like I was behooved by this I cant actually cant do business with them again
