I used to go to this store for answers on any Verizon question I had...that was until they revamped it and took out all the tech people along with the wonderful customer service. I went Jan 2 to resolve a problem with voice alerts for overage which I was sure was not happening because my plan had the verizon to verizon free calls. I walked out with a NEW plan because mine was being phased out. The new plan was unlimited text and messaging and 1 G of date for all my phones and tablet to share for the same price as I was paying. I questioned the helper at least twice and he said absolutely no increase in price....Well guess what?!! My bill went from under $160 to $224 !!!! I have called and talked until I am blue in the face and now my bill is ONLY $179. No,,, that wont work I will write them off forever!! Do NOT believe anything they tell you, they will not back it up!!!

All sales consultants give a different figure / amount each, for a plan you select. One says xyz amount as down payment, other one says abc amount as down payment for the same handset + plan. They also do not provide full information and try to sell the plans which are in fact more expensive (just so that they can make more money). They completely skip giving a clear breakup of monthly costs for a particular plan (even when we take notes on a paper), and make things sound cheap. You will discover hidden costs later when you probably fall in their trap and sign up. Why cant all sales consultants be on the same page and have a document (honest document) to refer to for, say signing up for corporate plan, upgrades, phone upgrades on corporate accounts, cancellations etc. Very unprofessional approach. Great scope for improvements.

I walked in to the store to inquire about a new phone plan and was greeted right away. The salesman gave me a few quotes and I was pleased until he told me to make up my mind fast because the deal ends tomorrow. He was talking about my sprint iPhone being turned in for for a discount on a new iPhone. I knew right away that he was lying and though I decided to still stick with Verizon I gave my money to a different location because I dont appreciate being lied too. This is something Verizon regularly offers so dont be fooled by their pushy and unprofessional staff. I like Verizon but Id definitely go anywhere but here.

Avoid this store like the plague. No one was helpful. No one had any idea how to answer my questions. They were indignantly rude and the sales person assigned to me (Crystal I believe) was so indifferent, I finally just walked out. If I wasnt already a VZW customer for the last 10+ years, I would have very easily chosen any other carrier. Go to the kiosk in the Castleton Mall instead. Theyre helpful, knowledgeable, and overall very good there.

Waited 40 mins to talk to a sales rep who didnt know much and wasnt able to help me get what I was looking for. Another sales rep he kept asking for help from was antagonistic and couldnt care less if he helped me out and sold anything or not. The level of customer service here was pathetic. I would have been better served just going online since they didnt help me anyway, at least I would have saved 40 mins.

Bad service. I had a girl help me who was very rude. She even got snappy. I was about to walk out the door. She wouldnt listen. She kept giving me the same answer even if I asked a different question. Finally I had to get someone from corporate on the phone to fix the situation. She continued to be rude. When I pull up to the store, I leave if I see her in there. From now on Im avoiding that location.

The worst! Like the other reviewers, I was promised all sorts of things and the representative "mis-represented" everything. He later was fired. I never did get the $50.00 gift card promised, although Ive called several times. My next step will be Angies List, Better Business Bureau, and any other rating service I can find! What a rip off!

This location will be your biggest hassle. Not only have i been ripped off and been told to spend money in places where money doesnt need spent. But i have had terrible service, ive been lied to about my warranty, my insurance, my upgrades, and my plan, dont trust this store. Shut this store down.
