They are terrible at customer service. Ive ordered a Nikon 85MM lens using the 5% coupon that I received while shifted to my new home. They said they can redeem the coupon when I visit the store for picking up the order once it arrives. So they charged full price when I ordered it. On a sudden note I went out of country and one of my friend collected it on behalf of me. They said they cannot redeem that coupon when he picked up the order saying it wont be eligible for these items. But when I ordered they said they will do it. I was literally fooled with the terrible way they handled me and my order.
