6/6/16. 1730: Told the salesperson a "regular" 9V battery did not fit in the battery compartment of my Taylor guitar because it was "way to big". He said, with a dismissive attitude that they are all the same size. I further explained that I tried to fit a "regular 9V" in the compartment and it would not fit and that I had compared the Ray O Vac I attempted to replace for the stock Duracell "Duralock" 9V. The battery supplied by Taylor was a few millimeters smaller. I barely got the Ray O Vac battery out of the compartment and also feared I would break the compartment, thus rendering my acoustic-electric Taylor acoustic only. He said, "Oh, so you are a drama queen". (I assume because I said it was way bigger.) I said something like "you mean drama king dont you?" He opened a Ray O vac package and a Duracell package and carefully compared them on the counter, hopefully to further his expertise in drama queen battery issues. Well, how about that!! The Duracell supplied by Taylor Guitars is indeed, smaller. My advice is to impress your customers with the knowledge gained from this encounter. Im guessing Im not the only one who will need to replace a battery in a Taylor guitar fitted with the "Expression System 2." So there I stand, mad as a hatter at the disrespect, wearing my Navy Veteran hat and he calls me a drama queen. Be careful my friend.

I will never use Batteries Plus Bulbs again. I broke my iPhone screen for the first time in 8 years a month ago. I took it in to get replaced and they said it would take 45 minutes. I returned an hour later and they said it would be 5 more minutes. Twenty minutes later that asked if I "wanted" to go run some errands and they could call me when it was ready. Well,.... you have my phone so how are you going to call me? I said I would just come back in an hour or so. The replacement of my screen took 4 hours. Then, two weeks later my screen cracked. Again, Ive had an iPhone for YEARS and never cracked a screen until a month ago. But yet this one cracked in 2 weeks. SO, I took it back in since it has a 180 day warranty. They said the warranty doesnt cover a cracked screen. Well your warranty says "damage under normal use". Why wouldnt this be covered? Maybe the screen wasnt installed 100% correctly. Maybe your screen isnt "the best quality" like you advertise. Anyways, I think the screen should have been covered under warranty. I have a case on my phone and Im very careful with it, THAT is NORMAL USE. I had two BAD experiences with this store and will not be returning or recommending it to anyone.

I purchased a car battery. Ordering on the web was easy and convenient. I received a notice via email that the battery was ready to be picked up. The technician was courteous, very helpful, and installed the battery properly, but after driving out of the parking lot, I realized the battery was not charged up before it was installed. I started receiving error messages advising me to check my charging system. Fortunately, I was able to drive home before the battery conked out. I then did a trickle charge on the battery for 24 hours. Following that charge, the battery has worked properly, and I am no longer receiving error messages about the charging system. In summary, everything was great except that the battery wasnt charged-up before the email notification was sent to me from battery plus. Thats the reason for the three star rating. Everything else was perfect, and I think I have a good quality battery.

Couldnt be happier! Battery Plus Bulbs was super fast, super easy, with its professional, knowledgeable and friendly employees. The transaction literally made it a painless, 3 minute battery core drop off and out the door with a fantastic brand of new battery. The employees even offered to carry the new battery out to my vehicle for me! Ive done repeat business with this location for many years and have always been very satisfied with everything about it, including their prices and high-end battery brands sold.

Employees were very rude. I walked in and they were too busy talking to each other to greet me. When I asked if they had a bulb to match the one I was holding, one employee snapped, "well most people begin with hello, but whatever. " I should have walked out. But the other employee was helpful and was able to get me what I needed. I hope the manager /owner does some employee education on how to speak to customers. I own two businesses and would never tolerate my customers being spoken to this way.

I gave them the specific number for the battery that was provided by the cameras manual and the one tgey sold me was completely different and did not fit. When I went back in to return the battery tgey returned it but were very lazy in wanting to help me find the battery that would fit. The manager of that store was very rude and arrogant. Its been 4 days and she still hasnt called me back to say if they are found or are ordering the right battery. Not a great experience.

I would recommend this place to any one! I took my truck there and they instantly checked my car battery and found it was fried. Emailed me the results, and installed a new one. Napa Auto could not even tell if the battery had a change (it did becuase I drove there). Great customer service!

Amazing. I dont know why anyone would go to a sprint, verizon, or Apple Store when they could go here. Cost so much less. Took only like 30mins. Sprint told me I needed to replace my whole phone. Batteries plus fixed everything for half the price. Loved it. 10/10 would recommend.

As for service the young lady that loaded the batteries in to my truck and i should say unload also. She was amazing. Also was told the batteries I had ordered would have been in a week earlier. Im good with the service I received.

The battery works but doesnt fit as it should......the bracket that holds down the battery is shaped a little different. Thus the battery is a little lose. If you say it fits a particular vehicle....it should!! Disappointed.

Ill be honest, I dont buy batteries or bulbs here. I do recycle batteries here, which they do for free, and I recycle fluorescent / CFL bulbs here, which they do for a small fee. Thanks!
