Our initial person who greeted us, Ashley, was not helpful at all an was very short with us and told us that the recall had been extended until Thanksgiving so we had plenty of time. We had not received this notification so asked for it in writing and she said we were not getting anything from her. We then changed our strategy asked to simply order a new phone and she said ok and then turned and ignored us and talked to the next customer. When she was done she turned and looked at us and said "what?" We asked her if we were going to get any help and she said, " I told you you would have to wait...". The good news is that when we were finally waited on, Rob was very helpful and did an excellent job helping us with the replacement phone.

The "walmart" greeter type lady at the door was rude and condensing. The guy who "helped us" was not helpful at all on the warranty work. Stating that we had to go to the Verizon website to issue a warranty. He would not help out anymore. The salespeople there are not knowledgeable and are unwilling to listen to your concerns. Everytime i go in there it is someone new and the guy i speak with before and makes all the promises and then quits. The replacement person says "no he shouldnt have said that" and leaves it at that. There is no honoring previous sales persons promises......update went to another store and they pulled a phone of the shelf with no questions asked.

Lousy customer service. I have 4 phones plus a tablet on my plan. When talking with Verizon customer service, I was told I could upgrade one phone a couple of weeks early, as it was not working well. They said a store manager would be able to do this for me. The manager of this store flatly refused to even try to do anything, insisting that "You have a contract." Not quite rude, but the most unhelpful stonewaller Ive met in a long time.

I thought AT&T is bad already. Turned out Verizon is even worse. The sales here put me on a insurance/warranty plan without my permission. The "solution specialist" helped me to order a replacement phone was not helpful. He took me completely off the service. The "certified like new" phone I should have gotten from the warranty play I didnt even want sent me an ad is phone. The warrant thing is completely a scam!!!!!!!!!!

Ive had to go into the store 2 times in the past week. Each time I waited no more than 10 minutes with several customers in the store. Moreover, the associates are knowledgeable, pleasant and have offered multiple solutions to my issue. Normally I wouldnt bother writing a review on a mobile store but Ive been too satisfied to not write a review.

Atrocious service. Apparently if inventory is taking place that excludes the workers from having to help customers. When I asked to buy an item they said that I would have to wait 1 hour to buy it and they kept using the inventory as an excuse for why they wouldnt check me out and again I would have to wait an hour to buy the item.

I would love to call the local number and simply speak to someone at the local store. But thats not how Verizon works. You call the local number, go through about a dozen menu prompts, then stay on hold for 30+ minutes, while you wait for someone in another state.

Told to go online to get 2 year price on the phone. No prices on accessories displayed, our salesman went to the back to "crunch numbers" then tried to sell us an ipad. I guess paying thousands of dollars every year isnt good enough anymore.

Not sure why everyone is whining so much. Each time Ive gone to the store, Ive been serviced within 5-10 minutes, and the people were pretty nice. No complaints, even after the Note 7 debacle.
