Ive been a Verizon customer for the past 19 years and this was the worst exlperience I have ever had at a Verizon. Brandon, the manager, clearly doesnt care about customer service. The entire staff was highly incompetent. They had to call 5 different stores each time I went in (which was 3 times over the course of 2 days) and still couldnt help me. They do not deserve to be part of the Verizon brand. DO NOT go to A Wireless. You are way better off going to a corporate Verizon store where they are actually qualified to help you. Plus you get stuck with going to only A Wireless stores if you buy anything from them. Huge waste of time and money.

Ive been coming to this Verizon location for several years now. I have gotten great service and great advice on which phone I need and how to use it. Ive never had to wait more than maybe 10 minutes to speak with a representative and they have always known how the phone works and show me how to use it. I highly recommend this location.
