I would just like to explain my experience that I had at your New Albany location Eric. Several weeks ago I went to the Clarksville store and my phone crashed. And I went in there and they told me I had to swipe it clean and I saved all my contacts. Phone back and didnt update my phone or do any other operations as they should have done. They shouldve game in the options that I deny no I had so I was frustrated and went to the new albany store . I work with Scott Scott came in and told me that I should have done this they should have done that and none of that stuff was done and they took care of me tell me that I should have another phone send to me by today. When I receive my phone I went back to New Albany store and Eric help me set my new phone up and went way above the call of duty to help me get my phone set back to normal standard . He also upsell me to tablet or iPad in took care of that as well he stayed here 2 hours past they closed to assist me with my new device. I cannot describe the customer service at your new Albany store has . They are above the call of duty and what theyre supposed to do I will tell everyone I know about this store and I will never go back to the Clarksville store. My sister in law at the same issue at the Clarksville store and make told her it was going to be a 40 minute way and turned out to be over an hour and a half way carry she said the AT&T right down the road and they told her youre more than welcome to go down to AT&T. My point is either the upper management at Verizon is not getting the message down to the store manager at the Clarksville store are the Clarksville store manager not taking care of business . I am talk texting so some of my words dont come out correctly you understand why. But I think you get the understanding of my call the New Albany store is 150 Ville store socks on customer service. Worst place for customer service. Got a phone wanted to exchange before two week period. Said a ding on the corner made the exchange $180.00. I had already paid $167.00. If you add that up the phone would have been paid for almost. Phone cost $440.00. The first thing I asked the guy was which phone would take HDMI directly and he replied "Im not a phone guy.". Why are you working in a cell phone store? Then implied that I was lying about the phone coming with head phones and an aux adapter for phone. I told him it didnt come with those items. Gave me a sideways look and a dumbfounded look. I was shocked at the professionalism he displayed toward a customer that just hooked up four new phones. His name was Malakai or something. Go to Clarksville to an official store because if you dont you are forced into trading or any other problems required to go to this specific store.

"If you no longer have a contract with verizon, its not our responsibility to help you. Google it." Im a small business owner and if I talked to my customers this way, I would not last a day. Telling a customer to "Google it" is not an acceptable answer and its one of the biggest mistakes in business communication. You, as a representative of your company saying something like that, is the same as telling someone "because your not going to buy anything and boost my sales commission there is no reason for me too help you " which is wrong and is not reflective of what customer service is suppose to do. This customer service experience was a failure, you need to remind your sales associates to respond politely, clearly and quickly. This was an issue that had a simple answer and now it remains unresolved..... and now I am the owner of an expensive paper weight.

Was lied to then charged $400 after I was told I only had to pay $54 and the taxes on the new phone to upgrade. AFTER asking many times to explain to me what I was paying, I was reassured it wasnt going to cost much to upgrade. 2 days later my account was hit for $380. The guy who sold it to me lied and said I agreed to do a BUYOUT, and other workers said they witnessed the transaction and it was explained correctly. Funny thing, no one else was even around. The "manager" called me and told me I was a liar, that he had 3 employees agree I was given the correct info. Footage has been requested to prove no one was in the vicinity. Corporate and the news, and better business bureau have been notified!

I visited this store on February 8th to upgrade my phone and talk about a simple and quick visit! I had a wonderful experience thanks to a very helpful lady that helped me pay off my old device and get into my new one. I had planned on looking into a LG V20 but she recommended the moto z thanks to its very helpful mods and an amazing cell phone antenna. I went from having little to no service to having 4g LTE constantly! Couldnt be happier and she even helped save me money! My bill dropped 15 dollars basically thanks to a promotion which allowed me to add insurance to the device. #Lifesaver I will definitely recommend this store to all of my friends and family.

Do not trust what the sales associates say. They will lie to make a sale. They told me the screen protector i bought has a lifetime guarantee. I went to get my cracked protector replaced and then they told me they will not replace it but will sell me a new one for 50% off. On top of that the associate I spoke with offered to give me the contact info of the associate that sold me the phone and screen protector. I guess he expected me to call the guy and ask him to buy me a new screen protector?? Completely unprofessional, putting it on me to track down the other sales guy. Its like theyre intentionally trying to instigate conflict or something.

We walked into the Verizon store in distress and was met by Eric Welch. He was able to remedy our problem and even set us up with new service and new phones.. We were so relieved and happy with the phones and the service we received. When we arrived at 8:50 on Friday night we just knew the sales associate was not going to be willing to help at such a late time but he was very willing and happy to help us with our problem and we are very happy with everything... I would not hesitate to send my 80 year old mother to Eric for help because I felt really cared for... Thank you Eric and Verizon for being there for us... Thanks again, Jean Willits

Hello, upon my arrival I was greeted cheerfully by a rep. She introduced herself and asked what could she do to help me today. I told her if my problem and although we really couldnt fixed the problem she went over my options and helped me through the stages of explaining in detail what options I did have. When I decided to buy a new phone, she again informed me of additional options which I took advantage of. Even when all was done and over she contacted me personally to a inform me of a changed procedure . Thank you ****. I will be back because of my excellent service.
