Matt was very helpful. My experience in the past with your Clarksville store was awful with long waits, cant fix issues, in short all they do is sell you the equipment, then your on your own. I will come back to this location to see Matt because I felt like he offered me solutions to my problems. On my wifes suggestion, I selected the iPhone 6. Thank god for Matt he helped me set up my email and transferred my contacts, all 600 of them and photos from my old phone. I purchased some items for the phone like insurance, a case, and protective glass I did not feel pressured to purchase the items he selected it just made sense. I also liked the desk arrangement made me feel like an equal vs some guy standing over me asking me questions (this actually happened at your store in Clarksville). Maybe you could have your Corydon staff train your Clarksville staff.

We came into the store today in Corydon to see about changing a lot about our service. Not only were we greeted quickly and professionally, but we were not rushed in doing all our complicated issues. The sales rep was patient and thorough. He made sure to help us get on the best plan for our use and budget. We also needed some tablets for our business and he helped get us some great tablets at a great price and helped us get them set up for our business use. These guys are great and we will continue to go see them for any of our future needs.

So today, I had to go to Verizon to get a new phone since I used my old one as a bumper sticker. I had a guy named Corey Welch help me. He was so nice and very funny. All of the employees in there were very friendly to all of the customers that were there. You could tell they were truly trying to give the best customer service that they could give. Being in the customer service industry myself, I truly appreciate that. And you could tell they all seemed to be very good at their job. I know I will be going back! Lol Thank you Verizon! =)

While I was in town my cell phone was stolen, it was extremely difficult as my travel plans, contacts all resided on my phone. The representative took the time to help me locate my account information to properly place my phone in lost mode (literally 2 hours). Then once I was home, made a quick phone call, requested my new phone and it will be here tomorrow. I cannot thank Verizon Cellular Sales and this specific representative for being patient and thorough in solving my extremely stressful dilemma.

Our sales representative, Daniel Hastings, was extremely personable and helpful. We were thinking about upgrading from basic phones to smart phones, and he worked through everything with us, got us a couple of great phones AND a tablet, helped us accessorize them (even applied the screen protectors), sent us on our way with money coming back in rebates, and finally saved money for us monthly by adjusting our plans to what would fit us the best!

T Mobile gave me no service now I have the right carrier and right plan. So glad I stopped in today. I just moved to the area from Maryland. My old phone was completely shot. I was afraid that i would sit waiting for an hour. But the man at the store waited on me right away. I got the phone i wanted and he transferred my numbers and pictures and setup my email. He didnt try to sale me anything i didnt want. I will only shop here now.

The store is nice and clean. As for employees summer nice some rude and some are downright just wont wait on nobody. They thought fixing her phone was putting off Safe Mode now we have to make another 44 mile trip over there for them to fix two of our phones mind you this being the third phone that Im on already.

Been going to this story for many years. It is a 45 minute drive, but its well worth it. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about their product. They are also very patient in dealing with questions and work hard to find you the best option. Highly recommend this store.
