Great Service! Went to see Eric for the second time this year and was very pleased. The first visit was for a bad charging port, which he replaced within an hour. I didnt write a review the first time because I got distracted with other things. Anyway, returned there today and owner seemed to remember me, which was nice. I called beforehand and he said to come in any time. My ear speaker (the one you hold up to your ear) was not working and the only way I could talk was on speakerphone. He took my Iphone 5 it apart, did some doctoring, tightened a few screws and within minutes had it working again. I was happy with his approach because if he was unscrupulous, he could have told me to drop it off and charged me for a "new ear speaker". When I asked him what the damage was he said, "no charge"! I fully expected to pay him for his work so this was a very nice surprise--perhaps because it was simple or because I was a return customer. Who knows. In any case, Im glad to recommend The Cell Phone & Computer Hospital to anyone and everyone. Highly recommended! David H

Great service and a great price. I called four places that said get a new phone when I had water damage to my iPhone and I called them to see if I could at least get it backed up and get any of my stuff off of it and he said, "$40 if I can fix it and nothing if I cant, but I have a 90% success rate with water damaged phones." And he fixed it. There was a problem with the screen and there was an additional $20 to replace it, which I thought was more than reasonable and then a problem with the microphone and he fixed it two weeks later with no extra charge. Ive recommended him to friends since and hes done a good job on their phones and computers also.

My son accidentally dropped my wifes cell phone in the toilet. I tried all the tricks on line to dry it out (disassemble, vacuum, and rice), but it was clear the phone did experience a short-circuit. I thought for sure this meant a new phone. Then I saw an ad for this new place that fixes cell phones and computers. I thought it was worth a shot. Free estimate and I only had to pay if he could fix the phone. I dropped the phone off and in one hour he fixed the phone for 1/3 the cost of a new phone. Plus all the data was still on the phone. If you are having cell phone problems, then this is the place to go in Louisville.

Stay Away!! Brought phone in for repair of cracked screen on my Moto X pure-after prepayment of $140 for repair was made, phone was returned to me with black background instead of the original white I had on it, missing buttons(said it was too difficult to replace buttons with screen repair!!), back of phone was coming apart(she glued it while I was standing there..glue never held) AND the screen was cracked!!! She offered to order another screen...WHAT A JOKE!! STAY AWAY!!!

Super friendly and knowledgeable guy! Walked right in and had him preform a cpu hard drive swap that I had been trying to figure out how to get done for years... He popped down right on the floor in front of me and went right to it and did a fantastic job in just a few minutes. Explained the process and what my next steps would be to integrate into my system. Worked perfectly. Charged me $20 and I couldnt have been happier! Cheers!

I came in for a screen replacement they fixed it at a low cost and under 10 minutes they are fast and cheap also bought a Brand new iPhone from them still under apple warranty and was $180 cheaper then the Apple Store if you need a phone or tablet or computer this is the place to go or to get ur device fixed they have it all and are quick and great

Fantastic. Met the guy who owns and fixed my phone. Hes honest with what he does and helps people without costing them a ridiculous amount like normal corporate business do. Had my S4 screen mis-glued, but he replaced the part I ordered through him in less than 15 or 20 minutes. Totally awesome....

Eric let me know what was wrong with my laptop, and because it was such a small fix, I took it home and got the replacement part myself. He could have told me anything was wrong with it at any price and Id have believed him, but he was honest and for that reason Ill keep coming back.

So basically I had used my Galaxy 2 in the rain, carefully shielding it from water. But when I plugged in the charger water ran down my fingers and shorted it out. It literally smoked when I plugged in the charger. Erik fixed it for $35 and its back good as new.

Some guy named Eric was no help at all. Originally told me he could fix my galaxy S3 charging port no problem. Then later said only the S4 has a replaceable charging port. Didnt seem interested in helping me at all. Nothing got resolved.

I tried to fix my cracked iPhone 3GS screen by myself- big mistake. So I brought it in to the cell phone doctor and he repaired it right in front of me in only 10 minutes! Plus, he only charged me a $5 labor fee. Thank you so much!!

iPhone 6 screen didnt fit and barely responds to touch. Charged $130 and wont return my phone calls - may as well have stolen my money. Just go to apple
