Nice as possible.. Dont waste time or money. Was sold a iphone5c told it was brand new but didnt have a box. Was told if it was used it could of sold for cheaper. My wife buys it I get home from work see it it has messages and old videos in it from a month before purchased I call them to talk about it they say nothing they can do all sales final. Lied to and robbed still waiting on my box to "come in" waited a week in a half now..

The employees here have no idea what they are doing. Simple requests take several phone calls, and they cannot keep track of phones that are under repair. They actually put down the phone when talking to me, and forgot to pick it back up. I stayed on hold for 20 minutes, and called back to a busy signal. The people who work at a PHONE store forgot to put the phone back on the hook...

Absolutely the worst phone store in the United States of America! I honestly think that a 13 year old child could manage the store better than the completly useless one manager that they have currently. Would not recommend to anyone. The store slogan should be " its out of our hands"

this is my favorite cell phone store in town in my opinion. they have a big variety of unlocked and used phones, and they work with you if you wanna trade in ur phone or upgrade. the employees are very knowledgable, they know what they are doing and they go out of their way to help.

The staff are not friendly or professional. When you call, they dont state the businesss name...just simply, "Hello" with an attitude. The entire time Im trying to ask questions, the lady continues with an attitude.
