Charles was absolutely incredible I had an issue with my older cell phone and he quickly resolved the issue. I highly recommend to anyone to avoid the Glenway Avenue location Drive the extra 3 minutes to go see Charles in Cheviot because you will be taken care of correctly I had a great experience with Metro PCs because of Charles
