I had Raj replace my screen in my Samsung Note 2 for 170.00. After receiving my phone back I noticed the vibration was not working but dismissed the problem as unimportant. Shortly thereafter I started having trouble with my on/off button. Over the next 10 months it became increasingly harder to turn on and off. Then all of a sudden I was not able to turn the phone off. I removed the battery and reinstalled and found I could no longer turn phone on either. I took the phone back to Raj at Cellaris and told him the on/off button no longer worked. He said "we cannot repair the on/off button as you have to enter from back of phone". Unable to find anyone that would work on my phone I decided to attempt repair myself as I had important docs on phone I had not backed up. After disassembling phone I found the power cable to on/off button was twisted and misaligned looking. I then noticed the vibration motor (round grey disc)although in place had been severed from a cable which turned out to be the original power button cable. I approached Raj at his place of business at Arbor Place Mall and advised him that he had damaged my power button during the lens replacement and advised him he replaced power button with incorrect part and also had detached vibration motor in so doing. He did not deny he did this and stated he did not have the right part when he broke power button and substituted another part which was not designed for the Note 2. I explained to him that all I expected from him was a small adjustment to the 170.00 charge since he damaged the power button and removed the vibration motor from the system without telling me. As I was talking to Raj he just stood there shaking his head back and forth. I said Raj, Im not asking for a full refund but I would like at least a 50.00 adjustment to cover parts and shipping as I had repaired the phone. He said your phone worked for 11 months and Im not going to refund anything. I told Raj that was a very dishonest business practice and that he should not treat customers that way. I am also filing a complaint to mall management believing his dishonesty should be brought out. Notice in these pics in the bottom right you will see a twisted cable. That is the Power button he installed and due to the twist and strain on the cable it did not last long but it did work through his 30 day warranty. Note: I stated that his warranty pertained to the LCD screen he replaced. it does not pertain to damage done by him during a botched repair. Be aware of this business as the facts I have laid out are 100% accurate.

I got a new phone from work. In order to protect the phone I got a large Shield and a tempered glass. I got that shield because the stand in the back. The problem was that the angle of the stand was not good for my needs. Also, the glass protecting the screen didnt allow me to type. It was really bad and I couldnt work. The seller mentioned that that protector work well. So I came back to his place and he said that because of his policy would not return my money... Also, he didnt have a different shield that fit my needs. My suggestion to you, dont believe what he says. Unless you are 100% sure that you are not going to return it - Dont buy.

I had my iPhone 6s screen replaced. They charged me $100. The microphone was no longer working properly. I use live streaming for my business and people could not hear me. I also use my speaker phone a lot. People could not hear me. My touch screen was also malfunctioning. I rely on my phone for work in a major way. As a result of the faulty replacement, Ive missed calls and lost time and potential business. DO NOT get your screen replaced. Youd be better off getting a new phone. I am out of $100 and still have to go buy a new phone.
