The Doyle

They did a twenty dollar hardware repair for me, told me that my device was working properly & that theyd even tested it. So, like an idiot, I didnt check it myself while I was at the store. When I got home, I found out the hard way that the hardware was in fact not working properly & I got the run-around when I phoned them about it. Did you catch that? I got the run around over a twenty dollar repair... If theyre willing to lose a customer over a measly twenty bucks, then why are they in business in the first place? My first experience with this place was also my last. UPDATE: They called me asking why I hadnt returned & I told them everything written above. They apologized & said they would gladly look at my phone again. So I went back in & after swapping SIM cards a time or two, the problem seemed to go away. Phone is still working but I wasnt comfortable while in there for the above mentioned follow-up. I also feel no real attempt to make me feel comfortable was made. I no longer say never but Im still up in the air about whether or not Id ever go back there.

This place is my definite spot for all things smart phone related. The staff is very knowledgeable and they really take the time and patience to expertly fix your phone. I dont trust anyone else to touch my devices. They have great phones for sale as well. I refer everyone to Smartfones. People I meet on the street, at the store, even all of my friends and coworkers at work. This also a great place to shop for your electronic gifts. They constantly get new inventory so you never know what might be there to purchase but it is always worth a look. I have brought phones, apple devices, chargers, battery chargers, phone cases and replacement parts for my phone. The staff answers all questions and really takes the time to help you out with your phone whether it be porting your contacts to another phone or explaining how to access certain features of your phone. Ive been threatening them with a review for the longest and this is it! I am their number 1 favorite customer. (I keep reminding them of this fact.)

I have bought our last three phones from SmartFones in Hiram. Not only do they have a wide variety of phones but the staff is also very knowledgeable when it comes to problems. I recently had my LGG2 (that I bought from them a year ago) start shutting itself off and then sometimes it would come on, sometimes it wouldnt. I took it by, they checked it and thought it may need a battery which they were going to replace for hardly anything since Ive done business with them. When they tried the battery and that wasnt it, they happened to have another LGG2, and offered to replace the mother board in mine, for a great price. An hour later my phone was working like new, and I didnt have to hand over my first born to get it done. They are very reasonable and know what they are doing.

STAY AWAY!!!!! There are better places out there. IPhone 4 screen was broken, and decided to go to smartfones because it was the closest place I could find on Google. BIG MISTAKE. Two weeks later the screen starts having blue lines all over it and then eventually just goes black. I took it back to the store a few weeks later (would have taken it up there earlier but was very busy) They blamed it on the phone and did nothing to help me whatsoever. Please stay away..

I greatly appreciate the staff of Smart Fones for taking the time to fix my issue. They were very busy but made sure that when I walked in it felt like I could trust them and had been there before. This is the way a company should be run. All the staff was friendly and exceeded their duty to help me, and every other customer that came in. They are also affordable, which is a definite plus! Highly recommend for any phone issues, including cracked screens.

These guys have been in the SmartFones business for about 2 and a half years now and they know what they are talking about when it comes to buying, selling, or repairing phones. I highly recommend these guys over anybody when it comes to dealing with phones. I know there are people out there that do not repair phones the right way, But these guys do and they will tell you exactly what they did after the repair. Great Service!!

Very impressed with this companies knowledge of the iPhone, Android, Blackberry, etc. These guys were very nice and very professional with me. I highly recommend them to all my friends now. If you are looking to Sell or trade in your old cell phone or even fix a broken iPhone screen, you gotta use Smart Fones. There is no one even close to as good as these guys in the Powder Springs, Hiram, Dallas area.

If you need your cellphone fixed and or bought this is the place to go. Aubrey and Ryan are experts at fixing Iphones i have never run across anyone fix an iphone screen that quickly! They are professional and its a safe alternative to Craigslist which we all know can be sketchy.

I stopped here a few days ago to have my phone fixed and they were awesome! Not only did they quote me $80 cheaper than other places, but they had it fixed very fast . They also tested it for other issues at no extra cost. Would recommend to everyone. Great guys!
