Sales agent handled getting me a new phone and a Verizon plan......"$82 a month...like you have been paying" said she. A day later I got an email indicating new monthly bill would be $98 a month. Called Verizon customer service line......got no assistance other than "we are sorry you were lied to". AVOID THIS VERIZON STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!
