This is the absolute best Verizon store and staff that I have ever experienced. From my time of walking in to my time of walking out I enjoyed every last minute of it. I was greeted by Brian and Cornelius who was the store manager. These two gentlemen provided the best experience and service I have ever had at a Verizon store. The store was very clean and I will definitely bring my family back and refer all my friends to this location. Thank you Brian and Cornelius for making my phone buying experience very smooth and exciting.

I came into the location to buy a charger and while I was talking to the representative I noticed a rather large roach crawl from under the desk area where the representative was. Also I used the restroom and noticed a colony of roaches dead in a corner. This store needs an exterminator asap because I can only imagine the other underlying problems this store has. Other than that the service was awesome and Justin and Chantel were very helpful and professional.

Working with Chico today at my local Verizon store was the best cistomer service experience I have ever had when dealing with a cell phone provider and this dates back to the 1990s. It is associated like Chico who makes me keep coming back to Verizon. I hope his management team appreciates his work as much as my family did during our recent purchase of 4 phones from his store. Ive visited this store on a few occasions and each time I have received above and beyond customer service from Chantel Audaine. She has not only been patient with my needs, she has sat on the phone with Verizon reps on my behalf until my issues were resolved. Theres been a couple of times I wanted to cancel my Verizon service but because of her attentiveness, Im a happy customer. Thank you Chantel!!!

Chico was a major help to me! He really went over and beyond to help me get a new device. This is my second time within a year and a half buying a device from him. Its good to know that he is still at the same store. Its very rare that a store keeps a great manager at one store for a long period time. I enjoyed my visit to Verizon Wireless today, the store manger (Chico) was very helpful. He explained everything in detail and left no question unturned. He also allowed me to feel very comfortable with my new purchase. He even went out his way to help me decide on which accessories to pick. Chantel was awesome and Cornelius was awesome as well. Chantel went above and beyond in taking care of getting our service connected and even went and got a phone for us at another location so we did not have to wait. Very friendly, patient and personable. I walked in 5 minutes before closing, Kenyan Richardson and Dairia Jones took great care of all of my needs. This will always be my stop for my wireless needs. Much better customer service than the Carrollton and Chapel Hills location.

Outside of this place looks ran down . They dont maintenance there property very well . In my eyes that shows the ethic of people that work there and I dont want them adjusting anything on my stuff . Ill stick with chapel hill road .
