This place ripped me off! They sold me a defective Wireless Wifi Router. I was never able to connect to the internet & after speaking with their customer service technical department numerous times, they finally told me it was defective & I need to return the device back to the store. I returned the device within a week & they refunded all my money except for $27 in which they never explained why they kept my money. Linda Brock (AT&T Headquarters) left messages on my home phone but when I returned her calls with a callback number & my email address, she refused to call me back. She sent me an email & I responded back to her but no more responses from her. Last but not least, the guys at this AT&T store was so aggressive in signing me up for their Home Security Alarm system that they failed to tell me they ran a credit check on me! When I got home and was reading my receipts is when I noticed how they ran a credit check on me. Poor service! My friends, family & I will NEVER use their services again!

Despite having troubles with my debit card we collaborated to find a solution to how I could still get my phone that day. We found ourselves talking about vacations and family experiences throughout the entire process. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there and believe it was a top ten customer service experience. Great service, friendly & professional. I love AT&T products. I went in for new phone service. Their pricing was better than other carriers, and I got more for my money. Also they helped me save on my monthly expenses with DirecTV, and I feel in love with the home automation package. I highly recommend the team at the Rookwood AT&T store... My fiancé and I walked in 15 minutes before they closed to get our phones switched over to a new plan off some old carriers. We did not walk in with everything we needed but they were super patient as we scrambled to get all the info they needed to switch over. They stayed open a little late for us and the phones were able to be switched over. Success!
