I consistently find that the employees of Jo Ann Fabrics have little to no experience with "customer service" and what that means. They are always "too busy" to assist a customer whether you are in the store or call in for information about products. This happened again to me today. It is no wonder I make the effort to go out of my way and shop Hancock Fabrics. Jo Anns corporate office may want to focus on training their staff in assisting the customer before they lose additional business.

Love there selection of fabric.I can go in and shop for my fabric while my grandkids shop for there crafts.They have a large selection of crafts for every crafter from sewing , painting , leather crafts, beading , paper , you name it they probably carry it.

This store has a plethora of materials for arts and crafts. They try to keep things as seasonal as possible with the fragrances in the store reflecting just that.
