Good variety of party themes and party favors. This location is well organized and clean. The clerk was nice and gave my son a free balloon for his birthday. Although the balloons otherwise were pretty expensive.

My balloon order was messed up, but Im giving a five star because Ms. DeeDee (or D.D) was very helpful, and apologetic on the behalf of another employees mistake, and she was very genuine.

Two people filling balloons...no one helping customers. Waiting at register for 5 min trying to ask a question ending up leaving after never being acknowledged.

This location can be very hit or miss. Sometimes they are very helpful and quick with balloons, other times they seem to move at a glacial pace.

Pretty well picked over and was hard to get service but for the day after Halloween I found what I needed in a reasonable amount of time.
