Helen the assistant manager may be the worst assistant manager Ive ever encountered in all of retail. I have a coupon and granted it is expired (by 1 week). She refused to help and said it was store policy, I understood. But since Ive been shopping there for my son for years and never had that experience where toys r us refused to help, I followed up with the Kennesaw and Alpharetta store... Sure enough both said "no problem well honor it" so I called back and spoke to Helen again who was vehement in refusing to honor it. Weilding her toothpick of power like a sword. Unfortunately there was no one else with real authority, tactfulness, or couth that could assist me. Do yourself a favor. Drive 30 minutes away and dont patronize this place. 15% on a $400.00 item is significant and dealing with someone so simple and obtuse is not worth your time or stress. Choose wisely and go anti Helen, she is terrible, this store is terrible and I intend to write to corporate as well. If a manager or store owner is to read this, know that Helen is the reason I no longer spend my money at your store and hopefully this review will cost you more customers until you rectify your problem. Let me be clear.... Your problem is helen.

I placed an order online to be picked up from the store. When I walked in I had no idea where to go. All the Cashiers were really busy. I found an employee and asked where I could pick up my purchase. She was so nice and walked me all the way to where I had to go instead of just directing me. Once there she even showed me what to do on the screen. 5 minutes later I was walking out the door with my purchase in hand. It is difficult to find a retail store with excellent customer service and I must say the employees at Toys R Us on Cumberland are freaking awesome.

Since this is the only babies r us in the area, youre a little forced to go here. The inside is nice and theyve got a wide selection. But be careful, the sales and signs are misleading! For over a year weve been going to this store and every time there are 50% off signs next to products. But when you get to the holiday check-out, its not on sale. When you say something, the cashiers make it such a hassle! You have to go together to show them, and then whatever you want isnt included. This has happened to use MULTIPLE TIMES! Watch out!

I placed an order online and purposely picked items listed as available at this location so that I could pick it up. Only to find out that AFTER they recieved my payment the items were magically unavailable. Now i have to wait to get my money back and still dont have the gift i needed. I discussed this issue with the customer service and the staff told me "Its not a big deal". Ofcourse its a big deal. It is my hard earned money that shouldnt have been charged if the store was aware they did not have those items.

Huge selection. We had one issue where we bought a wagon and used $10 earned thru reward points. The wagon was cracked so we went to return it, but apparently the rewards points are single-use, so we had to then pay the $10 during the exchange. Im sure there is a reason for the policy but in this case it was ridiculous. The management on duty was not helpful and the situation was really annoying. Its tough because the store has what you need but things like this just make me smh.

This Toy r us is awsome! I when in to get a charger for my sons power car and the staff there was so helpful. This really made my morning. Thank you so much Mr. Gerald in toys, Brad, and the store manager Jason. You guys are the best. You guys have gain a new customer.

This toys r us location is our favorite in Atlanta. Its clean and run very nicely. The birthday club is fun to be a part of for the kids too. Geoffrey makes an appearance on those days. They also had a very friendly Santa around Christmas too.

store is clean. waited to try out a product and someone said they will be over in a few mins. 20 minutes later no one showed up. I left. if you need help from sales associate I would shop somewhere else.

This location is bright and clean. Staff is friendly. Some of the displays that were available for the kids to play with have been removed which makes it less fun for the children.
