When it comes to shipping International they are not informed or knowledgable. I ask what I could ship to a country, Ukraine, was told the product was legal. When I shipped it went United States Postal. NOTE* They charge double the rate if you simply go to the Post Office! I shipped 3 weeks ago and still no package received. I inquired online and called the store, they were no help. I went to the Post Office ask for assistance locating the package. I found out "even though" the manager at this store said their is no restirctions, the product is not allowed to be shipped anywhere outside the United States from here! Customs confiscated the product. I went to the store to inquire, ask for a rightful refund for they informed me it is fine. The store manager contacted the owner, proceeded to tell me they are not responsible and will not offer me a refund! Not only did I spend over $100 to ship within 6-10 days, I spent over a $100 on Perfume as a gift all lost. I didnt ask for the product, I did ask for the shipping cost. They have customer "NO SERVICE" since this new manager under the store owner has been there. I am moving all my buiness elsewhere to a more customer knowledgable base organization / franchise owner store. They suck here...

This UPS store is a great spot to take care of all your shipping needs. I have dropped off many packages and they are always fast, efficient and friendly. The always have me moving on in a matter of minutes or quicker. Highly recommended for getting that shipping taken care of in a hurry. Never had any problems with their work here.

Beware! Dropped off a USPS package here. USPS tracking shows that the post office never received the package, and when I called to ask for assistance they wouldnt even look around in the back to see if it was misplaced, just stated that it wasnt there without even looking.

The driver wont leave my package unless I sign it, and its just a small eno hammock. Sorry Im Not at my house 24/7.. But I talked to an Eric over the phone and told me what to do and was SOOO NICE and understanding!
