This was my very first experince ,,,,HORRIBLE !Going to another location,,,customer service sucks! ,,ask sales floor associates about sale items in their department..he looked at me like I was speaking a different language.. I could tell he really didnt want to be bothered....Iwent to try on items in dressing room and gave items I couldnt take in to a associate.,,when I return to the fitting room desk ,I asked an associate about my items he looked through the return rack shrugged his shoulders and said "sorry your items were put back ,,,with no other attempt to assist me.

worst h&m ever... with very rude customer service staff and a manager which I do not know his name but was so unprofessional and was arrogant to us and we were only trying to make an exchange without a receipt since we lost it, he denied even to make an effort to help us out!!!

My first time purchasing anything from here. I usually dont frequent stores like this but found some nice finds for the beach. The clothes seemed to be decent quality (much better than an Edge, Know Style or Forever 21). I was surprised I found several much needed items!

Speechless!!!! Worst HM Ive ever been to!!! Alot of the merchandise was either laying on the floor or piled up throughout the store. NOTHING was organized. Even some of the guys walking around the store "shopping" smelled the weed. NEVER going there again!

Really like this location of H&M. Larger store. Tons of sales racks. Friendly associates. Would highly recommend checking this store out if you are in Cumberland Mall.
