Lawrence promised me a lower rate then what I had a Verizon. Price wasnt as promised. Also got stuck paying to cancel my own lines with Verizon. No switcher credit was ever given. He promised to adjust account and never did as promised. Been stuck calling At&t customer service every month to adjust account since feb in 2016. Would be leaving as soon as contract ends. Great sales men but scammed the hell out of me. Dont fall for it. Call customer service instead.

My partner went in over the weekend and worked with an associate (lawrence) - was told she could call back to modify the order and spent 2 days trying to follow-up over the phone, via email, text and CAN NOT raise anyone in that store - FRUSTRATING - very helpful in sales but not so great in the post sales customer service. We are from another state so cant just walk in ... just got off the phone with customer service - was resolved brilliantly -

Slow service really slow service, been here a couple of times it doesnt matter if its a lot of people or no people you have to wait at least 30-40 min before getting serviced. Employees dont understand that if you have people waiting you have to work faster. They act like zoombies in this store.
