I get that ALL of these kinds of stores get crowded and we hate it! But I lucked out and came in at a time when I was able to get the service these reps can actually provide. And it was excellent. Ive seen this before, when they are NOT pressed, they are good, and knowledgeable, and quick. Its all about the right place, right time.

Poor customer service not helpful dont go to this store go to mount Zion store. If you really need and want good customer service this store wasnt . Helpful They Didnt greet me for 2 mins and then I wait another 3mins for some to sign me only to be told another 5 mins that couldnt help with my device poor time waster

Went in because I was issues with my BlackBerry PRIV. Honestly unless youre looking to add a line theres no point going into the store. The manager was as helpful as he could be. He knew someone else having the same issues as me and advised me to call customer service.

I actually had a decent experience this time. I made an appt online and was in and out in 30 minutes. Matthew was awesome but unfortunately this was his last day. Going too another store and I think I will go there next.

Horrible service. Was in need of a phone. Did not know they closed at 8pm. Instead of accomidating, they left customers outside of the store, while they stood around and did nothing. Will take my money elsewhere.
