BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!! I say DO NOT buy a car battery from this place, it will not last, and they will make every excuse not to replace regardless of what the warranty is. I purchased a car from them March 2015 with a five-year warranty, which the battery cost me $284.61. Tried on a several occasions to return the battery and was told nothing was wrong with it, which I took it to three different auto store OReilly, AutoZone, and Advance Auto, which each said, the battery failed testing this was just weeks after perching the battery. Long story short, talk to the GM anything but a help and very rude. And here I am again still dealing with this battery now it wont charge whatsoever and no message reading further testing needed. So, I take it in on Sunday told they need to keep it for 24hour and that the manager will call me. Never got a call, so I just called them to hear they are not going to warranty the battery because they found a crack. I didnt see a crack when taking the battery into them, but now theres a crack anything to get out of warranting the battery with a replacement, but thats okay dishonesty never wins. So, I go to pick up my useless battery, and theres a big crack, which wasnt there when I dropped the battery off on Sunday. Someone, their tampered with my battery so that they would not have to honor warranty. Please, whosoever is reading this review PLEASE I say DO NOT buy a car battery from them go to your local auto store (ORelly or AutoZone). BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY a CAR BATTERY from THEM!!!!!!

I ordered my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 battery online. The process went smoothly. I was emailed right away that the store had received my order, then within 1 hour I was notified that my battery was ready for pickup. I sent my daughter to the store to get my battery. I gave her all the paperwork she needed plus my Drivers License and the Credit Card/Debt Card that I used for the purchase. I put my new battery in my phone and so far it is working perfectly. It is not doing all of the crazy things that it was doing with the old battery. The battery I replaced was the original one when I bought the Galaxy Note 4. It is so nice to have my phone back. It is holding the charge and working like a new battery should. I also like the Lifetime Warranty that comes with the battery. I am very pleased with Batteries Plus Bulbs - As the kids say " They are the bomb!!!"

This was the first time I purchased a replacement battery for my alarm system. My alarm company recommended Batteries Plus Bulbs. I was able to find the battery online. I was elated to find that I would receive a ten percent discount for the online purchase with in store pick-up. The store personnel were friendly,courteous and helpful. I will consider Batteries Plus Bulbs for future battery and bulb purchases.

Great customer service!!! Chris repaired my iPhone 6S quickly and professionally. He even replaced the "home" button. The whole process only took about an hour and the price was very reasonable for what he repaired. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone needing a new phone screen! Extra kudos to Chris, he is a very friendly and knowledgeable sales associate!

There was a ginger male working with him as well, I did not catch his name but he is completely wonderful. I will be coming back for the services you guys provide. I had a great experience.
