Ive had my phone service with these folks since May 2014, almost 3 years. I havent had any real complaints about the service Ive received during this time. Their selection of inventory is usually pretty good except when a hot new device comes on the market, they may temporarily run out of stock, but its usually in within a couple of days. Most of the employees Ive dealt with are very courteous and for the most part they are quite knowledgeable. There are some that dont know very much, but they usually will try to find out the answer to any question you may have. The location is pretty easy to get in and out of and Ive never had any issues finding a parking place.

I went in to get a new phone expecting to pay about $250.00 out the door and thanks to the sales rep I only paid $200 including a cell phone case. The sales representative explained the difference between the phone I was looking at and the one he suggested which wasnt much to explain. He also transferred my files, activated the phone, put the case on and transferred my number. Polite and efficient service.

Came in and the girl there was rude, she messed up and put my number on the wrong phone and when I got upset at their mistake the manager cursed me out. They do not know what they are doing if I were you I wouldnt go in to this store because you will have one of the worse experiences. You would be better going into a radio shack or another boost mobile store but I would avoid this one.

Zach and Adilene are great! And being that Boost runs on the fastest network in Atlanta as well as offers the lowest plan pricing, is a no-brainer. By far the best service from the store and the network. They also offer amazing bundle pricing on the accessories when you port over or get a new line of service. The store owner should be proud of his quality of staff in this store!

He also signed me up to an awesome plan, with a free phone included. Please go see him. It was worth every minute of my time. Andy really does care about the customers. It shows.

They do not honor promotions from the Boost company, and charge more than they are supposed to because apparently managers can charge whatever they want. Frustrating and not at all helpful.
