Came in to replace a broken phone Rep (Kayla) advised me if I paid off my device I could get a new phone for $7.95 a month with a $7.00 bill credit for 24 months. I paid the Rep the current device pay off of $50 and started activation process of the new phone half way through the process the rep advised me that she accidentally told me information. She stated " The seven dollar credit is only on a new activation I accidentally told you the wrong information and you will also have to pay a $30 upgrade charge". At that point I asked for my refund for the pay off on the phone so that I could purchase a phone on eBay she advised me that that she could not refund my money and that I already signed the contract for the new phone. So I "paid off" a line and not only was I given the wrong promotional information but I am responsible for a upgrade charge after the line payoff. This is clearly deception. I plan on contacting The corporate office tomorrow when they open. Be advised consumers these people have no idea what theyre talking about. They are selling phones and giving people the incorrect information.

How is possible that this store sells a product Lifetime Warranty, when you go there for a replacement, they send you to the manufacturer, online, and yes they will replace the product (hope so) but you have to pay for the shipping. It will be smarter to provide the customers, who spent their money at the store, with the replacement on site, and the store will do the process with the manufacturer . That to me is real customer service, especially after you bought the great product that was offered to you there. Just a heads up.

I had a small problem with my phone so I went to 3 Verizon stores before I came to the Dallas store where I met KAYLA she was more than helpful she went out of her way to take care of me and was very helpful and professional as was the other 2 employees that was working with here. My contact is up in November and I will definitely be back to purchase 2 more new phones. I highly recommend the Dallas store for you next phone purchase.

This is the most cleanest store,it smells real nice and they play some amazing 90s music.yep.....oh, The guy who works up there I think his name is Armando, brought me water and helped me get a new Droid turbo! Theres other people who work there who makes you feel right at home. Go to this store! Its amazing!!!!!

My wife went in and was able to be helped changing phone, she bragged on excellent customer service from Andrea Baker. She was so patient explaining all the options. Another perk,it was not crowded so no wait, they had other associates if more walked in. Great Store !!

Very nice, helpful and personable. Kayla and Paul helped me and my sister with our new phones and accessories. Kayla also helped both of us with our tablets on a later date. Entire store was awesome! I definitely recommend to everyone! I will be back.
