Very poor customer services. Manager of store can not help customer with problems. He said hell call the district manager and have him call me and never have heard from the DM. Called next day they said something never heard again. This has been going on for a week now. Now I get and call and no answer or line busy for hours at a time. I will probably switch back to other carrier. I do not recommend this store for business.

This is NOT a corporate store. STAY AWAY!!! They have a limited phones selection and try to swindle you into buying OVERPRICED accessories!!! Its worth your time to just drive to the Corporate Store in Florence KY and save yourself the headache!!! You can charge accessories to you account there and the ALWAYS HAVE THE PHONE YOU WANT!!!

Rude manager. Told me $30 to replace SIM card on iPhone that was under warranty and covered by insurance. Went to other Sprint location, free SIM replacement and was told they NEVER cost more than $10. I wont go back to this location and will not recommend people to use this location.

I always go to the Lawrenceburg Sprint when i need to upgrade. The Note 7 is amazing everyone has a reason to NEED this phone. I highly recommend this store because of the employees. They always take care of my needs and introduce me to other ways to get the most with my money!
