I am going to assume the manager does NOT see how the employees act, (I would hope they wouldnt allow it). They act as if by you buying something your annoying them and taking up their time. I have never called a store about a employee before but the last two times I went in I had the same lady and she was so rude I kept the receipt and plan to call. The new employees have bad attitudes, dont want to help you at all, and actually got an attitude with me when the problem would never happened if she would of answered my question correctly! I would rather drive into Rockmart and go to Walmart even though it would be much more convenient to stop in here. Fix your employees attitudes and teach them how to properly work the register s and with the public or hire new people ASP this store has some of the lowest ratings for DG customer service!

Absolutely the worst customer service. Employees are more interested in gossip and cell phones then helping the customer check out. Prices are always labeled incorrectly and usually out of stock! I would rather drive to Wal-Mart, will not buy another item from this place.

I love the staff at my local dollar General Im always greeted with a smile even though they are almost always slammed. Im always in and out quickly. Just a pleasant place to shop with a home feel.
