Seafood department closes 9pm and i arrive at 8:23 currently standing here and typing this. and seafood associates act like they dont even see me, because They are ready to close I previously called to see what time they close and the associate behind the counter stated they close at 8:30 when I get here the sign says 9 oclock once again I still got here at 8:23 at that point snow crabs are put away I asked for 4lbs of snow crabs he didnt want to go back-to the back-and get them. Want to give me broken pieces instead of whole clusters and did not go in the freezer to open up a new Box if that Box simply had all broken pieces the other guy which Im gonna soon he might have been the department managers simply just looked and did not assist as this continued I will not be shopping at this kroger ever again

I shopped here for 2 years once a week. This Krogers used to have standards but the 10 months have gone down hill. Expired packages (10-12 packs) of Alaskan Pollack fish on shelf 1.5 months past expiration date (not sell by date.) MULTIPLE times i have found expired meat in the refrigerated section on a regular basis!! Rotten "fresh" pineapple dripping syrup on the half rotten apples below. 90% of the employees including management are incompetent with a lack awareness. Last week a long time employee laughed after a customer checked out and left...a young mother of two who couldnt buy the last item in her cart. THIS STORE DOES NOT MEET KROGER CO. STANDARDS!!! STEP IT UP!!!!!

Kroger has always been a great groshery store and this one is no different. This store seams to be the most popular in town as it is always super busy, but the crowds usual dont seam to slow you down as you shop here. Everything is well laid out except for the location of the customer service desk which puts a line and a divider in the walkway trying to get out of the store. The store has a Starbucks inside for your shopping treat as well. As a wheelchair user I give this place a 4 star review as while the people do make it hard to navigate at times the store is well laid out except for the customer service isle blocking things up.

This Kroger is HUGE! Its the biggest Kroger Ive ever been in. Not sure why its almost the same size as Wal-Mart. I tend to shop at Kroger because its not as big as Wal-Mart and when I want to grab something really quick I dont want to feel like Im walking the length of several football fields just to get to what I need. I gave it three stars because in my opinion its unnecessarily too big. AND they seem to have taken ALL of the Bank of America atms out of all Kroger stores which is very inconvenient for me because I live and work near two Kroger stores. Bring back the Bank of America atms!

Checkout machine took 7 dollars from me, Cashier would not refund my money. One time getting prescription from pharmacy the cashier said there was no price match lower than the price offered, spoke with another cashier who gave me the price match which did exist. Last refill the pharmacists were very rude and fussed about the price match. Transferring prescriptions from THIS Kroger is difficult however I hope to soon, this is the worst store to shop.

My family has always shopped here since I was a little girl. Now that I have a family of my own I understand why. They have the lowest prices, freshest produce (especially the watermelons) and the employees real make you feel welcome. A couple of them always ask how my girls are doing and to tell them hello for them, & when my girls are with us they always find us in the store to give them each a cookie from the bakery. My 2 year old loves it!

This store is my last resort for groceries. Checking out is always a hassle. I once had a young male cashier dramatically THROW his arm across my basket and ask me if I would PLEASE empty out my basket because he hates baskets and that he was just too tired to do it himself. All while carrying on a loud conversation with another employee at another register bagging a customers groceries, re-stating how tired he is.

Sometimes its okay but there is one cashier Im not overly fond of her attitude. Half the time walmart is cheaper and I dont have to deal with that many people cramped into a small building and on top of that I have come across some moldy expired bread that expired Feb 19th of this year... Took me a minute to realize it was expired when my husband pointed it out.

I would rate this Kroger higher if theyd stop putting up incorrect sale prices. Over the last couple of weeks weve had multiple occasions where a product is marked as on sale, but rings up full price at the checkout, and when the staff were informed of it they didnt care. Apart from that, its a regular Kroger. Good stock, and a good layout, just disorganized.

Its hit or miss. Inconsistent customer service. Deli is great. Produce is either over staffed or a ghost town. Cashiers have conversations with the baggers and not the customers. Bathrooms are either spotless or like a tornado hit. Has a pharmacy and medical facility, Starbucks now, and is getting a sushi bar.

Heather in the deli is the best! Shes very nice, professional, and knowledgeable! Id be shocked if shes not promoted to management in the near future! I hope Kroger is taking good care of her, because shes definetely a keeper! Thanks for all your help and I will be back!

I tried to check out using my WIC vouchers and the cashier wouldnt take them bc I had signed them in line while waiting for her. Ive never had to wait to sign them before. Thats why I have my ID ready and my signature on the voucher folder. I dont get people!

I love Kroger on the corner of 278 and 61 in Dallas Georgia. They have built it up so nice with so many different options. Fresh sushi bar if you like that kind of thing a big salad soup type bar just all kinds of wonderful things.

Best place to go if you want to avoid hiram traffic and get everything you expect to get from a large grocery store. Employees were very hospitable and have been on all of my experiences shopping here.

Kroger used to be the shiz nit till they stopped doubling coupons, so now I just shop at Aldis where you get a bargain without coupons or the hassle of Assholes not wanting to take your Qs.

Its stock with most the items I mostly buy. Sometimes they run out of items I need but they always give me a rain check on the price if its going off Sale before the truck comes in.

Food is fresh, good meat prices. Easy to navigate, friendly customer service. Have not waited in line yet, they have 6 self checkouts aside from the regular check-out registers.

They have the deli employees replace the baker when their sick and they miss spelled Birthday on my cookie cake. They are paid higher than their highest level of education.
