Lies were told, unexpected charges on my first bill, extended warranties added that I was never told about. When I called to speak to my sales rep they said she didnt work there anymore. I requested the manager, they said they would have her call me back. Never had a call back. When I went into the store a week later, there she was! I asked her about my charges and expressed my concerns with the false information. She got combative and aggressive. I told her I didnt want to argue with her and then the store manager chimed in from the side and threatened to kick ME out! I will never go back and there is a good chance I will be leaving Verizon after 20 years of service. Verizon should be embarrassed by the type of customer service this location is providing. This is a perfect example of how class action lawsuits are started.

My family and I all use Verizon ... we are more than pleased with the customer service ~ all the employees are kind, respectful and have good humor - for whatever the need - we have never left the store without having been satisfied with the service and the individuals who are employed. .Thank you Joey, Ryan, Steve etc.etc.

The Manger had no clue on what she was doing to activate a phone had to call customer service I waited half hour to get it activated 2 boys in there laughing and having a good time making fun of ppl not a good store to go to u might want to just make the extra trip to a bigger store for more help wish I would have

Added insurance to phone when it was never requested or even mentioned. When I called Verizon to cancel, they told me I could have gotten same phone from them for about half what I paid. Never, never again.

Had only one person working there and was already working with other customers but didnt acknowledge us or even look at us. Very rude, not only lost us as customers but lost others as well.
