Needless to say I believe they only have one person who actually knows what they are doing and actually works and doesnt just stand around. Today we walked in a ND waited roughly 45 minutes for somebody to help us and there were 4 employees just standing and talking to each other. The manager Casey he is very rude and disrespectful. Steer clear of him he has very poor customer service ethics. Ross was amazing! He helped with everything that needed to be done and went above and beyond.

I can say that this would be my last time stopping by AT&T. Worst visit Ive ever had with them. Drove 20+ miles to get my phone fixed or replaced. (Should have called) but was picking up a new phone for my father. Picked up a 6s and the woman put an iPhone 7 otter box on it. After going back and checking, they had them just for the 6s. I do not recommend this place. Had it with them. Go to Apple.

This is the only internet we have on Ann drive Lawrenceburg KY and it is very very bad! I work from home and have had to have AT&T out time and time again to try and speed up my connection. They even charged me for a year for the top speed which wasnt available. What a joke! if i had another option i would be using IT!!

My fiance has been there twice for the same problem. Theyre brilliant "technicians" use google like any normal person who doesnt get paid to know nothing about a phone. Will never go myself and encourage her to never go again. I discovered and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Worthless....

they wouldnt answer the phone, i called the store several times. I realize that people can be busy. But i dont believe they were as busy as they were making it seem by ignoring calls.
