Went here to get a battery replaced that wasnt holding a charge...not a noob here been rooting forever...no wake locks EVO sleeps like a baby but they tried to tell me my WiFi was killing the battery....seriously? So after I told them I know what Im talking about they "ran a test and the battery was fine but they replaced it.....hhmmmm no more battery issues. Sprint not all customers are clueless.

Absolutely the worst sprint store ever. No one spoke to me, ask to help, nothing in 30 minutes three guys dillied around with 2 customers with no sense of hurry at all. Just let myself and another customer walk out. When I ask how long to wait I was told 2 people are on break, sorry. Just ridiculous!

I have Sprint you cant beat the unlimited data for the price and they have an on site technician . Verizon sends there phone away to get fix Sprint get fix software problems in store not Verizon, Verizon unlimited data plan is 45 and they slow you down Sprint 40 a month and no slowing you down.

Tried to call to ask a question about a phone that was being ordered for me and I was on hold for over 10 minutes with an automated system and it finally quit giving me the option to talk to a representative and I had to hang up and start all over.

We have been calling the store since 2 pm to get a tablet and set up an appointment, its almost 5 pm and we still havent got an answer. I cant believe we cant even get an answer. Go to a different store for sure.

The staff is super helpful and last time I was there third repair guy really went out of his way to solve my problem. I had to wait a while to talk to anyone, but with a cell phone store thats expected.

Friendly customer service once you can get ahold of someone. You have to go to them to get help, little go gettem mentality around there
