Mind you, I am an entrepreneur looking for business. I approached this Metro PCS store at closing time, just wanting to ask a question. This was today, Monday May 1, 2017. I was looking to see if they wanted their windows cleaned, so they could have more attraction. Well, there was a man working there on this day with a young lady at closing time. He was extremely rude. It was closed, but i just wanted to him to come to the door so I could talk to him as a professional. He kept the door shut and tried having a conversation with me through the door. I couldnt hear him. He ended up opening the door and telling me not to get out of my car. He also told me not to walk up to him. He was being highly rude to me. He also told me to go away. I said ok, still trying to stay professional, because I am trying to get business for myself. I held my hand out for him to shake, and we shook me off and didnt even shake my hand. He said, "dont stick your hand out towards me!" I said, "ok" and walked away. He was highly rude. I even asked his name, and he would not give it to me. He was working Monday, May 1, 2017 in the evening around closing time. Very rude. That employee seriously cost a good review.

Singing Butterfly

I was told I could do the 90 day finance and pay no interest. LIES- I am paying $300 for a $175 phone. I would have just paid cash. Iam very tight on money and this is very upsetting. I was also told to take a speaker as it was a promotion, and was then charged $25 for it! Was also charged a mysterious "data transfer fee" no one will explain why. And of course the $15 upgrade fee. The people at this store are not honest. They lie and suck every cent from you they can. Will never go here again.

I too, like another reviewer said, dont believe the people at this store location are honest.. I think they overcharge folks and then keep the extra money & put it in their pockets !! I called some other locations for the same product & their prices were CHEAPER..I purchased from the Hiram store twice.. Never again !! Because I walked away feeling cheated each time...The young workers there dont even look honest.
