Ive had better experiences in other Verizon stores. For whatever reason, the Hiram location seems to have a pretty decent turnover, and over time Ive found that many people I know will go to the other locations instead of this one because they like the service and demeanor of the employees at the other stores. Per my own experiences, I have had a couple of employees at this location give me false information about phones and about something I could do with my account. Ive also found that once you ask more than 1-2 questions about a phone they tend to get impatient, as if wanting to crank out the sale quickly and move on to someone else. In one case, I asked three questions about a phone I was about to buy, and after the third, the salesperson literally turned around and walked away from me to go help a very attractive woman who just came in. Gee, I didnt realize I was in a singles bar (!). Digging a bit over time, Ive had employees at other locations make comments to me that Hiram isnt "their best" store in terms of service, so I avoid it now. Side note: They do not have a bathroom for customers to use. Getting a new phone or switching phones can sometimes take a good amount of time. Its a huge disservice to customers to not have facilities to them during these long wait times. Hiram is not the only location thats like this, but it doesnt exactly make you want to go for a longer transaction if you have nowhere to "go" while youre waiting.

Ive been to this store many times. My first time there the employee that helped me was awesome and he even played along with a few jokes I cracked. He really seemed excited about his job. As for the other times, the employees were always getting distracted or helping others when they are supposed to help you. When we asked for a phone our helper went to get it and came back. He handed us a box and went to help someone else. After a few minutes we finally chased him down and confronted him. Not really a good experience. Another time we had a female employee helping us. She clearly didnt know what she was doing so we just left and went to a different store the next day. If you need to go to a Verizon store in Georgia, I always have wayyyy better encounters at the store in Rome. People help you and seem friendlier.

Awful customer service. We went in the store to buy a new phone and they only had 3 employees working. Nobody spoke to us when we walked in. After being there a few minutes, I finally asked what was their process for getting someone to help us. We was told theyd sign us in. They said the wait time was 45 minutes to an hour... no thanks. We left. What has happened to everyones customer service?? We will not go back in the store. I would have not given any stars but it wouldnt let me post without giving it at least one...

My rep was distracted - looking around, interrupted - helping others while working with me, and did not complete his job. Unless, of course, allowing a customer who just upgraded to a smartphone to walk out of the store with no service. It was not until I got home did I realize I could not make or receive calls. Unfortunately, the store was closed by the time I discovered this and now, I am sitting here listening to Verizons incessantly long voicemail ads. NOT a happy camper!!!

Horrible customer service. We went in to upgrade a phone and they wouldnt help us through the steps. They simply said "if youre not an account manager you cant do it." We went to best buy next door and they helped us through it and told us exactly who to call and what to do to upgrade the phone. Thwy were completely useless at this store.

I opened up a Pay as You Go account with this Location.I have had the Best Customer Service that I couldve had Expected.Everytime I go into Pay my Monthly Bill,Simple.The Sales Staff,they do not Push Anything on a Customer,as I.Look forward to Working with this Location in the Future.Thank You all-Hiram,Ga.Location Verizon Wireless.

I usually go here for my upgrades. They typically have a good stock of phones. At Christmas, they ran low on the pixel. But they found one left! Good people inside that are happy to help. Knocking 1 star because you are usually going to wait...Sometimes a while.

Terrible customer service. Store manager was no help at all. Placed an order online to pick up in this store. Order was not correct. Manager said I had to wait 7 days for them to correct it. I had not even picked up the order. Didnt offer to anything to help.

Great experience! I would recommend this store before going to other Verizon stores. Although it does take time getting new phones, the employees here are very respectful and make it as esay as possible.
