This is not a Verizon corporate store. Do yourself a huge favor and go to corporate. They told me something completely wrong regarding my broken phone that was under warranty. They tried selling me a phone when my phone was broken due to well known manufacturer defect. Went to corporate store, was in and out in 5 mins and brand new phone was delivered the next day.

Ill echo another reviewer - this store has fantastic customer service. Brian (and Alyssa) were incredibly helpful in backing up data and transferring apps to a new phone, and then getting everything set up on the network. I highly recommend stopping by if youre in the market for a new phone or need Verizon support.
