This used to be a good store, but they koved the guy who was very helpful to another another store. When I went in, the kids working didnt seem real interested or enthusiastic to help me and didnt seem to know much about the phone I wanted. After a month of waiting for my phone, I canceled my order and went to the corporate store. They used to have great customer service here. I had ordered a Note 7 two weeks before the recall and was told it would be there in 5 to 10 days. I followed up in 10 days and they said they would let me know. I learned about the recall through a friend the next week and checked in with them for info a few weeks later and got the same response. A month later I stopped in as I was getting frustrated at the lack communication to find out that my order had been canceled by Samsung and they had to re-order it. If I had not stopped in, I wonder if it would have ever been re-orded? Further, initially they said that since they had to order my phone that I could cancel it at any time, but after they reordered it that day and then I went to the corporate store the, to see if they could provide me with better service, this store told me they couldnt cancel the order off my account even though the corporate store said they could, they just didnt want to and they made me waste another hour of my day trying to get the order canceled off my account through Verizon customer service and through core. I was very aggrivated and lost work time having to babysit my order and deal with this.

The staff here act like they are helping you when really theyre just trying to rip you off. Bought an iPad Pro 9.7" but really wanted the 12.9" but was told that they didnt have them. Turns out they did but were getting incentives to sell the 9.7". Figures is give them the benefit the the doubt and went there again to switch account owners and was told that they werent able to do it and that is need to call Verizon. Also uphold me a jet pack hotspot. Well when I called Verizon they told me that he was lying and could have done the transfer. Not only that but because I had just purchased a new device, the jet pack, I couldnt switch account owners until 30 days had passed. They told me he should have known that. Lesson learned, I wont be using this store again because they are either idiots or crooks.

Finally, a great customer experience in a Verizon store! They had everything I needed and then some! Without pushing me into a device, Tanner hooked me up with a new phone AND a new tablet, plus a ton of extra data for only a few extra bucks a month! I will not go anywhere else!
