The previous reviews were while the location was under the previous owner. This service at those location is fantastic now; especially if you deal with the young lady named Kaitlyn. She is very patient and very knowledgeable. Hopefully more people will have the same experience that I did because I would hate for those other bad reviews reflect on the new management and staff.
