When I first came to do business with Cricket you had an employee Keith (unknown last name). You couldnt ask for more superior customer service. Thursday I went to the Broadway store and found that Keith was no longer with the company. If Keith had been there I could have gotten the ringtone I wanted. (Wagners Ride of the Valkyries) The employees told me they could not down load any ringtones (Keith could) and I would have to go to the webpage. I went to the webpage and was told that I would have to go to my phone and download it from there. The only thing I could find on my phone was "ring back" tones. I DO NOT WANT RING BACK TONES. I WANT A RING TONE. I learned that the Broadway store is closing. Was that why you lost Keith and the current customer service leaves a lot to be desired? It was an unwise decision to let Keith go. Your company is poorer for the lose of Keith.

We have been trying to contact customer service to disconnect our phone. We called three different times and every time were unsuccessful because of problems in their system, . The last time they said we had to handle this at the local level. I called the first 8 listed locations in Lexington. Not one was answered (around 10AM). I left several messages but not one was returned. Finally the ninth location talked to me and said my issue had to be handled through the national office. We recontacted the national office but they said their system is updating and cannot handle our request to disconnect. I would have to call back later. Every contact we have had with Cricket has been frustrating and extremely time consuming.

Most of the other reviews are old, and maybe thats why I dont understand them. I havent needed any complex problems solved, so I havent gotten to test the in-store customer service to much, but Ive had no problems dealing with this store, and switching my plan there took maybe 3 seconds, which was nice.

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been in there multiple times with cash to give them and the incompetant empoyess somehow wont even take my money. I walked in with a friend and it was clear that the two of us had a combined higher IQ than the 20 total people in the store, employees incuded.
