My Verizon Ellipsis 7 was running horribly slow for 2 to 3 weeks. I did a factory data reset, it ran a little better for a day. 2 weeks later I grabbed my keys, phone and tablet and drive 15 mins, not that was tough! I walk in and a fellow named asked me what he could help me with. Im not that tech savvy, anyway, as soon as I shook his hand and sat down at his desk and started to tell him how my tablet was acting, it was as if I knew him for years. I dont think Ive ever been more comfortable in a situation like that. I stumble over my words sometimes. Andy says can I see you device, Im like please do! He asked some questions about games I had downloaded, hes doing his thing but I wanted to talk, so we talked and he worked and I was home inside of an hour, round trip! Oh yeah, he showed me a few things about my phone I didnt know. As you can see, Im a talker. Its sad, but the kind of service Andy provided for me, is becoming a thing of the past. And I was always a believer in telling people things they do right! Encourage them. So again Andy, Thank You sir, and may God Continue to Bless You!

I had the WORST experience here today, ive never had someone that I was trying to purchase anything from be so blatantly rude and immature. I came in to buy a new phone and he didnt do anything, it was incredibly odd he handed me the phone and made me call customer service to transfer my number from my parents to create a new plan while he talked to his friends. He left me with his computer and his information and made me do the entire thing!!!!! I had no clue what I was doing and the woman on the phone who had to walk me though the process thought I was an employee! All so this idiot could talk to his friend. When I finally finished HE TRIED TO STEAL MY OLD PHONE!! He took my phone and put it behind his desk. When I asked for it back he said, you know it doesnt work anymore, then offered to buy it from me. I hated my experience here and recommend anyone who considers going here to avoid the headache and go somewhere else.

Pulled into the parking lot 15 minutes from closing time simply to make a payment on my account, the associates stood inside with their arms crossed staring at me and began shaking their heads and rolling their eyes as I made my way to the front door. My first attempt to open the door failed as it was already locked (15 minutes prior to closing time). A associate slowly came to unlock the door, sighed deeply and asked "How can I help ya?". I felt unwelcomed from the moment I pulled in the parking lot. After making a payment on my account I asked the associate (short, blonde haired guy) to check my account for when I am eligible to upgrade, he said he "doesnt have time" and gave me the phone number for customer care. Switching companies today, dont care if it ruins my credit or not. Refuse to give anymore hard earned money to these rude people

We have gone to this location for years now. Never had an issue. Had to get a new phone because the old one was no longer working. The guy selling to us seemed to be friendly and trustworthy at the time. He sold me a new phone saying the phone itself " would basically be free." He took advantage of our lack of technological knowledge and tricked us. We go to a Verizon at a different location the guy looks up our bill and tells us that not only is the Cold Spring location not truly an authorized dealer but that we paid nearly $300 for a phone we were told would be basically free, but is also a ridiculously old version of that phone and never should have cost that much in the first place. I feel scammed and tricked and an seriously considering switching providers as I No longer feel I can trust Verizon, but especially not this location.

I came in on a Wednesday night with a year old LG phone that stopped working. I was expecting to be told there was nothing that could be done and would have to purchase a new phone as well as pay off the dead phone. However, one of the representatives assisted me right away and connected me with the tech service after hearing my problem. The tech was patient with me and talked through the problem and walked me through the steps in diagnosing the issue. The in-store rep stood by assisting me with anything I didnt understand. Happy to say they were able to resolve my issue since there was an extended warranty with LG (especially since I had just stopped my insurance 3 weeks before). In-store representaive was very helpful and willing to work with me until I was satisfied. Thank you!

I left Verizon due to a poor salesman who was nasty to me and went to Sprint. I took many trips, driving about 1/2 hour each way to the sprint store, to get the accounts set up and close out Verizon. The phone case we purchased for $50 ripped and was replaced at least 3 times. The last time we were told to contact the manufacturer if it happened again. There are many dead spots in our home and neighborhood with sprint. It was very difficult for me to talk with my someone in my home when I was away from there. When we had Verizon there were no dead spots. I met a rep at a Verizon store and he was capable of assisting me and switching my entire family back to Verizon with no issues. I am extremely happy with the service I received and happy to be back with Verizon.

My brother, Mother, and I came into the Cold Springs location looking for information on what phones on our plan were available for upgrade and what our options were. Chris sat down with us and we discussed in detail how the upgrades would effect our monthly billing, and which phones would best suit each of our individual needs. We were helped immediately and the service was very friendly. Overall our experience was very high quality, and we left feeling we had gotten the best deal possible. I would recommend this location to anyone in northern Kentucky looking to get fast, professional and helpful service.

Just spent almost an hour on the phone with Verizon trying to straighten out my account. Cellular Sales set up as three separate lines instead of family plan. Bill was twice what is should have been and ended up paying for more data since it was not shared. Did not properly explain corporate discount. Was incorrect on smartphone bill credit. Had my daughter drive back from Lexington to trade in her iphone and neglected to tell us they were out of stock on the iphone 6. Recommend Verizon phones and service, but go to a Verizon Company Store.

My husband and I needed new phones, my oldest daughter also needed a phone as well. Ben took time to try to fix my daughters old phone. He not only explained several possible options, but he wrote out the options including prices. After deciding what worked best for our family , Ben took several hours to set up, download, transfer all information correctly. He even stayed over an hour after he was scheduled to leave and actually found an issue that he was able to correct before I left. He was very thorough and our experience was wonderful.
