My fiance and I went to this cricket location today needing help with my phone and service. I will have to say I will never return to this location. The lady there named hayley stanley was very rude and unprofessional. I was trying to figure out who was the woman who helped us the last time we were there and hayley said she was probably fired and that they go through a lot of workers. I asked her for the manager and she said she was the manager. I feel bad for workers there if she really is the manager there. I would never recommend anyone to work here or go to this store for service. Why would someone want to give their time or money to someone who acted like she did. Managers shouldnt tell customers that her employee was fired or that they cant keep workers. Everything about this location is unprofessional. I asked for a business card and she didnt have any or wouldnt give any contact info. We went to the location on mall road. The men who helped us there were very professional and helpful.
