Someone helped me and told me they could match a price to another company (which i later on learned was not part of their policy) i came in with my broken phone screen and paid $120 upfront for it, came back and picked it up about 2 hours later. Literally 2 days later i was back on the phone with them asking about a discount if i wanted to return with my phone for another screen repair. A new worker ended up talking to his manager and saying that it would now cost me $150 because the previous worker gave a match your price discount when they arent supposed to. MORAL OF THE STORY: GO TO AMAZON AND BUY THE FIX IT YOURSELF KIT AND ORDER WHATEVER PHONE SCREEN YOU NEED. ITLL BE LESS THAN $70 AND SAVE YOU A DRIVE AND ALL THE OTHER BULLSHIT

Brought them an iPhone 7 with a cracked screen, after 10 trips back and fourth with more and more problems they still couldnt figure out what they did to my phone. Now phone doesnt work and they did not offer refund. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS. Also false advertise OEM parts when Apple is the ONLY OEM.

My camera lens on Note 5 cracked. Called these guys, got part delivered (was delay initially but they jumped on the shipping delay issue and resolved quickly) and dropped off phone to them to repair and they repaired within the hour. Seem like good guys and I would recommend if you need a phone repair.

I have had 3 iPads and 1 iPhone 6+ screen replaced by these guys and have had a Great experience every time! Ive had screens replaced in the past at other places and had issues, but not at In & Out Smart Repair. They are very professional and know what they are doing! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
