Serious training is needed on at least one employee in this retailer. We came in on July 4th to replace a phone. The 1 person who was working was literally sleeping & obviously out of sorts when we came in. He did not introduce himself & was disrespectful to my son as a consumer. He is 20 years old, & walked in ahead of me, as he was doing the phone replacement. The "salesperson" didnt even acknowledge my son, as I suppose he assumed I would be handling the transaction. He didnt ask what the issue was & as he attempted to find us in their system, literally slouched over the computer, while mumbling to us. I understand he was working alone on holiday but I felt as if he made that our problem too as consumers.

My fiance and I went into the store and planned to buy two new pixels and switch our plans to the unlimited plans. No one even ackwoledged us. After waiting for 15 mins watching blondie behind the counter play on her phone we were disgusted and left.

I just switched to 4 new phones on the new unlimited plan! I got in and out a bit quicker than it normally would take elsewhere when combining 2 AT&T numbers and 2 T-mobile numbers into 1 Verizon plan. Thank you Marlene!
