The store manager has no customer service skills. I have had repeated problems with him and his staff. T-Mobile customer care had me return an item 2 days past the 14 day return period, they informed me that the manager could override the return for up to 30 days, with no problem. I did as instructed only to be told by the manager that T-Mobile corporate does not tell him how to run his store and he refused to take the item back. I even called them right there in the store and put him on the phone, he was nasty to the customer service representative as well. He then proceeded to become nasty to me in a store full of people. I will never do business with this store again, he should be fired. Fortunately T-Mobile corporate made things right but, even they said that he was extremely out of line.

Ignacio is awful. I guess everything is a big joke to him and everyone is stupid about phones besides him. He said he was the manager but I cant believe him. Also everybody thats brown doesnt speak spanish and shouldnt be made to feel stupid because of this. If he truly is the manager he shouldnt be. he is classless and not very good at his job. Also I hear they rip people off on the insurance so watch out. I had a friend who didnt want it and got it added anyways. Buyer Beware

I go out of my way to see Ignacio. He has always been very helpful and understanding and makes reasonable reccomendations to our account based on our needs, especially since TMobile seems to change their service plans every 3 months. And the other folks at this store have always been just as helpful. Highly recommend this store. Plus there is yogurt and starbucks next door.

District Manager was rude and mean to my daughter and I and refused to help us. She just upgraded her phine. Its never been dropped or sat on and was fine when she went to bed when she woke up it had a crack crossed the screen. She is still paying for her phone and he said he wont do anything. Wish there was a way to give 0 stars.

Terrible. It used to be good customer service. Now it is terrible. They used to have competent people. Now they barely speak english and cant help you in any way. Stay away. Bad cell service too.
