Ryan is awesome! My Fiancée and I had a somewhat complicated issue that Ryan was able to take care of very quickly and seamlessly. He was also instrumental in my decision to purchase a new tablet, which I didnt even plan on purchasing prior to my visit to the store. He informed us of a sale they were having on that particular tablet, which was absolutely too good of a deal to pass up on, and with the approval of his manager he was also able to waive some fees. Ryan is an extremely knowledgeable and bright young man with a wonderful attitude. It was an absolute pleasure to have him take care of us! This experience was very refreshing, to say the least. Especially when you consider the fact that we are living in a world today where most people either dont want to, or know how to, do their job. Thank you Ryan! Brian & Malinda

This store is horrible. Went for the 1st time last Friday evening. Store had about 10 people in it. Several people were sitting on the round couch in the middle of the store looking at their phones and texting. Finally, one of them, a young lady (who looked like a customer) who didnt bother to get up said, "Someone will be with you in a minute." and went back to texting. I waited and waited. In exasperation I said, "This is ridiculous." Then this same person says, "Our system is down. Do you want to be put in our que?" As I was leaving, she asks, "Are you coming back?" Is this is what Verizon considers professionalism?
