These people sucked!!!! I wish I had read these review before going to them. I had my sons phone fixed there on 10/1. Later that day my son told me that the phones screen would turn black and he had to turn it on and off and then it would be okay. 7 days later, the screen had cracked again; even though my son had a case on it. We did not have time yet to have the Zagg tempered glass that I had purchased installed yet. I went back to the store on 10/8 and the guy (who barely spoke English) tried to tell me to ask my son carefully and that theres no way the screen would crack again if it hadnt been dropped. My son said he hadnt dropped it. He had the phone for over a year before the screen cracked; so I am sure that the new screen was cheap material!!! I doubt a screen would crack after 1 drop (thats assuming it had been dropped). They didnt even make an effort to ask have us bring the phone back for them to look at it. This is terrible workmanship and terrible customer service!!!!! I dont want to even give them 1 star!!!! but I had to in order to post this review!!!!!

BEWARE! I went here for a cracked iPhone 6 screen. My phone worked perfectly even while my screen was cracked (touch screen worked, calls worked, camera worked etc.), but I decided to take it here to repair. After I got home from the repair, my iphone screen turned completely blue with white vertical lines flashing across my screen, and the phone would automatically turn itself on and off. This happened about every 10 minutes. I took it back to the store and the customer service was awful. The manager was rude and would not listen to what I had to say. Eventually got my money back after returning to the store on 3 separate occasions (they tried to "fix" it on the first 2 occasions). Please save your money and do not go here! Best bet is to just go straight to the Apple store for a few extra bucks!

Had dropped my phone while it was in its case the day b4 and my screen was fairly cracked. Went in the next day to get my phone fixed and after I returned after an hour the top right of my screen was completely black. The guy told me that when I dropped it I had messed up the motherboard and proceeded to charge me $260. The next day my entire phone went black. Went to the Apple store to check it out and they told me that if I had messed up the motherboard when I dropped it it would have instantly turned black and not the next day. Then they said that the only way it could have messed up was by someone incorrectly replacing the screen. Horrible service and didnt even want to man up and state there mistake and tried to blame it on me. Never going to this place again.

Great customer service and very reasonable prices compared to the other repair places in the mall. I had my iPhone 6s Plus repaired here. There is a technician guy whose name is Kemal and he is the best. I had an emergency and needed my phone to work.He fixed my phone just in 15 minutes. If youre looking to get a great and fast service you should give this place a chance. They know what they are doing and the stuff is very knowledgeable. They are problem solver.

My husband phone was broken so I went to the mall looking for the kiosk Id taken my phone to. This shop was right near where it used to be, so I thought they were the same. Just expanding. Wrong! My husbands keyboard barely works and goes black. Mic doesnt work either. Went back in, he said he fixed it again, but if there were anymore problems then it wasnt what he did. MY PHONE WORKED BETTER WHEN IT WAS CRACKED! Save your money and go somewhere else.

Take your money elsewhere. The salesperson provided the worst customer service I have ever encountered. He was rude and spoke to me in a condescending way the entire time. He started yelling at me in front of other customers when i simply attempted to tell him what was wrong with my phone. It was not only embarrassing, it was uncalled for. I will NEVER go back to this place and will tell others to do the same.

The man working fixed my cracked screen really quickly, and at first it looked great.... but a few hours later my screen stopped working in certain parts like the very top and bottom. Later my screen started shaking and opening and closing apps randomly. Now I am going to have to pay hundreds of dollars to get my phone fixed for internal problems because i wanted to save money on my cracked screen.

They were very good! The first time I went this girl fixed my phone but she gave me a defective screen. I came back and another guy fixed my phone after he checked to make sure the screen was actually defective. He was very knowledgable and put on a new screen for free and it now has no problems! I would choose them over cellairis any day.

My phone had water damge problem. I went several places to solve the problem. Unfortunately no one could do fix my phone. Then I went to The Fix and thanks guys the fixed my phone in 40 min and I did not need to to change my phone. They have amazing experience. Highly recommended

I was on vacation in GA. I dropped my phone and screen cracked really bad. I took my phone to The Fix Store and They replaced screen in 10 min. Technicians are so professional and kind and they will give you the best idea. And you will have, 90 days warranty. Highly recommended

Kemal and Miko are the sweetest they fixed my iPhone 6 Plus s in under 30 minutes and the 90 day warranty was a plus. Their prices are very affordable and I recommend to anybody with phone trouble. And I got a 50 percent off for temper glass and case.

I got a cracked phone and I thought it was garbage. I was about to throw it away, one of my friend gave me direction to this store and the guy working there. He fixed it in a really short time ( 15min) and with acceptable cheap price.
