The sales associate, Corey, is very rude and unprofessional. He became very loud with a customer because he didnt know what he was doing and said customer tried to correct him. Also the African American woman associate with her hair pulled back in a tight ponytail and no edges, whatsoever, found the whole situation very funny because she she uncaringly let out a few chuckles. Horrible staff. Horrible service.

Zero Customer Service. Staff changes more than most change underwear. Poorly trained with less product knowledge than you imaginable. HOWEVER, Tiffanny Bridges, sales manager, at the brand new location on Highway 92 is super. Drive an extra 20 miles to see her. Do it soon because she will most likely get a promotion.

They have terrible customer service. They sold me an I Phone and told me if I didnt buy the apple care then I could not get any tech support whatsoever.
