GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.....I visited this Verizon store on Dallas Hwy on 11/11/13 around 7-7:15 pm and as I was waiting for help when the lady asked she could answer a question while she was attending to someone else. So I told her that my phone was turning on/off by itself, the date and time were incorrect and I couldnt make calls and txt msg were coming in at the bottom of old txt. She asked me to remove my battery and asked the colors of the Xs, I tell her, she says you have water damage (my phone had not been near water) without even looking it. Then asks if I had insurance and I told her yes but it is through Sams Club (square trade..covers EVERTHING!!!), she proceeded to tell me that their warranty doesnt cover water damage and if there arent any upgrades on your account then you will have to pay $700 for a new phone. So I said thank you and left. Today I went to this store location on Cobb Pkwy and actually took the time to look at my phone stated there was no water damage and that the upgrades for Samsung 3,4 and note took place but the 3 was having some trouble. He changed my SIM card and it works perfectly!!

My experience was great, there was a wait but because of new iPhone every thing was crazy. I lost my phone and asurion was dragging their feet on the claim and I didnt want to pay hundred bucks to replace a hundred dollar phone. The person that helped me Mike, I believe, was great. I went to another store and they could not do a thing for me since my contract was not up until April. Mike switched my plan down from 108 to 60 dollars. Great now my phone "looks like you can sign up for edge and get new phone no money down" even better. I still came out on top even with ten dollars of taxes I am pay ten bucks less than I was before and I can up grade every fifteen months. I made the mistake of not asking for a 32gb but I will be taking my verizon business here. One reviewer did not make sense in one sentence he complained about the wait, in the next he said they get you out as quick as possible. Really you cant have both either they take their time and you wait or they get you out quick for short wait.

I was very apprehensive about visiting this store after reading the reviews. But, I had no choice as this is where my employer sent me to handle an upgrade on my company phone. But, when I arrived, none of what I had read in previous reviews was accurate. I was immediately greeted as I walked through the door. There were other customers, but plenty of employees available to assist. I was helped by Jeff who was great. He was new, but still quite knowledgeable. My visit was quite long, as there were issues with it being a corporate account and acquiring the proper authorization for me to upgrade and not be the account administrator. Throughout the process, the manager Reh checked on me and was helpful. I even had an off-duty employee assist me. Perhaps the reviews are old and there is new staff. I experienced no problems. They even shook my hand and walked me to the door at the completion of my purchase.

I came in for just a screen protector and case. I left with also a Bluetooth headset, a completed online trade in device app and great vibes! The customer service I experienced via Alan and the store manager (forgot name) yesterday was remarkable. He was very knowledgeable on the inventory and I could tell he wasnt just trying to upsell me for the sake of profit. He helped me pick the best products available AND informed me of a current special on BOGO tablets that I was completely unaware of (along with the manager). This is why Im very grateful to experience face to face service even though I could of done most of this online. Good customer service is priceless.

I went to this store for an upgrade. They used a different line on my contracts number and didnt tell me, so when I went to get an upgrade I didnt have one as it was used on a different number. They also blatantly lied to my face about my options for switching my contract from the two year plan to the edge plan. Youre better off visiting best buy or calling Verizons Customer Service/Corporate line. The only way Ill be back to this verizon is if I need to stop on a roadtrip to pee.... Oh wait they dont have a bathroom! Either that or they lied about not having bathrooms, too!

I would rate this store having the worst Customer service I have ever experienced. The Store Manager is very rude and does not feel apologitic for the mistake commited at their end. I was offered a 25% employer reference discount to make the plan appeal competitive to At&T and cancelled in less than 10 days since they have learned that the discount could not be given for the new plan. Thats compeletly ridiculous for them to do a wrong sale and not even feel apologitic for that. Will never recommend anyone to this store and beware of the incompetent sales reps in the store.

I stopped by this Verizon store to get a new phone and my first Verizon account. Entrance is similar to at&t stores where you check in and get a number. The difference at this store though was that, while I was waiting, the host asked if I had any questions and answered them well. After a few minutes I was introduced to the store manager as well just to make sure I was good. After the 10 min wait, it took under 5 to get my phone and account set up, and I was out the door! Very professional and pleasantly surprised with the customer service.

Do not go to this location! The employees know nothing about good customer service. The wait time to see someone is usually 15mins even on a weekday. Talking to these people is worse then going to the dentist. They arent interested in anything you have to say if it does not benefit them. Theyre always trying to sell you something but when youre having a technical issue they ignore or try to get you out as fast as possible, Horrible representation of Verizon!!!

About 6 -7 years ago I use to frequently visit this store that time they were even accross the street,I loved there service at the time,so friendly and more profesional employees were in it.I didnt even know who was the manager.This new location and the management I dont know where they trained them but rude and lack experience.This store sure not going to be my choice.Verizon wireless I believe will face tough times on the years ahead.

I purchased a mifi 4g card from this store. Sales staff told me that I could return product within 7 days for full refund. I was told that I would only be charged a $35 restocking fee. I returned product one day later paying the $35 restocking fee and to my surprise got a bill a month later. I was charged for 1 gig of usage since I had tested it out. I spoke with Verizon on the matter and they are not willing to wave the charge.
