I highly recommend this Verizon store. The representatives are extremely knowledgable, patient, and dedicated to customer service. I have visited them for 6 months and never had a long wait. The same reps are available most days. I received more assistance from this store in 6 months than from all the other Verizon stores I visited on the last 10 years.

Ready to purchase two phones but couldnt get helped because there was one guy working on weekend Sunday with 4 other customers and phone ringing off the hook. Little disappointing and doesnt look good since I came to this store to purchase since the east west connector store hasnt had display phones to look at for over two weeks.
