My experience at this particular store was one of the best ive ever experienced from a representative of a phone company. Immediately when walking in I was greeted, even though there were other customers I was still made a priority. I came in, interested in a bluetooth speaker and was given all the logistics on the JBL Flip 3... Needless to say I was sold! Travis made sure I knew how to operate it as well, seeing as Im not the best with even the simplest technology. He really made my experience enjoyable, which is something I appreciate when dealing with something as frustrating as technology! Not to mention, the store was very clean as well! Great experience, will visit again!

Travis provided great advice, follow through and service when purchasing a new smartphone. Many times he made suggestions that lowered my overall cost, provided me insight regarding the most appropriate device and advised me to take advantage of a tablet deal even when I didnt heed his sage advive. Luckily, I took his advice and got a free tablet. Finally, he assisted me with the transfer of data to my new device and the synchronization. Great job Travis!!! From one extremely happy customer!!!!!!

He answered all of my questions, offered suggestions, and made the necessary adjustments to my account. I thought it would be time consuming, but it wasnt. I had a delightful experience. Amazing service from all 4 employees! Marquis took great care of my daughter and I. They brought my bill down, upgraded my phone, sold me a phone watch for my daughter and we got a new tablet to boot! They definitely consistently went above and beyond. All while putting on kid friendly movies for my 8 year old to stay entertained. I highly recommend this location!

I had an issue with my phone making incoming and outgoing calls. All of my personal business and business is via my phone considering I work from home. I went in and the manager was very polite although I was very frustrated. He changed my sim card and everything worked out for the better. this location really knows what theyre doing.

Was wanting to upgrade and purchase two new phones the past two weeks however the store hasnt had DISPLAY phones to look at. How hard is it to get in a shipment of display phones in two weeks? What makes matters worse, I got Cumberland Pkwy store and they dont have one employee working for 4 customers and answering phones.

Used to work here...they dont pay employees on time. Want us to sale sale sale and be on time to work yet they cant pay their staff in a timely fashion. Walter, the district manager, is RUDE...hung up in my face twice when being questioned about my check! Dont shop here!
