I went in to the store yesterday to figure out why my phone wouldnt hold a charge. I spoke with the representative ben. he was very welcoming and kind. he started to look at my phone and figure out what the problem may have been. after looking at my account he told me about an early upgrade i was offered. he went into detail about this new plan offered and how he could save me money on my bill and get a newer phone. Ben was very reassuring and not pushy. he gave me his personal phone number and card so that I can reach him with any question i may have. I saved some money, got a new phone and love it so far! I will have to wait and see how good the battery is but overall i had a very nice visit at this store and I will come back to see him again.

My experience with this salesperson (Cory), and this store was great! I personally feel that customer service these days is just used as a buzz word not truly meant by corporate America. (Cory ) is the exception to my opinion. All my questions were answered which was tremendously needed because of the choices and decisions I was about to make. I had the feeling that he was there to serve me as a guest . Sadly, I wont be treated this way again. Customer service is always a battle in many ways. BUT NOT TODAY!! Thanks for the professionalism of Mr Cory.

I cannot express enough how helpful Benjamin Affatato was when we came in to get new phones. He helped us set everything up on the new phones and made things easier to understand. He had so much patience with us that I felt comfortable bringing my parents back in when they wanted to get new phones also. He set us up great. Both times weve been in now in less than a week for phones and Ben, along with Brad and Nick, have made upgrading to newer phones much more fun and less nerve racking. Great group of guys. Thanks

The guy that helped me today was extremely professional and friendly. he was wearing a suit which surprised me. most Verizon stores they wear gym shoes and I have to wait an hour to be helped. I didnt buy anything today but some account maintenance that was overdue. Ben was able to adjust the account so I would receive some savings and get more out of my account. I am so happy with this visit I may be in touch later regarding my business account. Looking forward to working with this store more in the near future

I have been to a lot of Verizon stores but this one was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful with every question that I had. They didnt make me feel stupid for asking questions that were most likely laughable. I have been a customer of Verizon since I was in High School on the family plan and I refuse to ever leave Verizon due to the great quality of service of certain stores like West Chester. I think it also helps that West Chester is a great neighborhood as well.

The guy I worked with was very nice. He got me a chair from the back because I couldnt sit in the tall bar stools. He helped me fix my iPad and my phone and email. I was having trouble because my kids arent around and he went above and bond the call of duty to help me with a smile. He even opened the door when I came in and walked me out. Couldnt have asked for more help and a friendlier guy. He looked like Paul Ryan so that was a plus.

My wife and I had a great experience at this Verizon store! Alex was super helpful and patient. He stayed beyond the store hours to help us purchase our new phones. No pressure sale tactics. The paperwork and the whole process was easy. Alex was friendly and knowledgeable. I could not have asked for a better experience when shopping for a new cell phone. If you need a new phone and want good service, go to this store. Ask for Alex!

Todays experience was so wonderfully pleasant! Like most businesses with employees who work by commision only, I expected "I am sorry but...... We cant do anything but you now need to purchase all new...." this experience was quite opposite. I came in stressed but left happy and at peace! Thank you Mr. Phillip Snell. Came into the store today to pay a bill. The guy I talked to (Ben) looked at my account and saved me some money. He also was able to get em a new phone and free me from my headache that I had with the last one. He was very friendly and did everything for me. Service with Ben at this store is amazing. He caught with insurance to name sure I got what I was laying for and when I got the phone in he made an appointment with me to set up and transfer my stuff from my stolen phone to the new one. Couldnt ask for a better experience. Even found out we share birthdays. Such a nice young man

The came into the store with my work phone that needed changed out my contacts transferred the store was so nice to move all my contacts and pictures let me put on my screen protector so if the return the case and charger can you answer my questions from the store but I had visited I would definitely recommend the store

This store is incredible cant believe the amount of patients in setting up all of our apps are pictures are contacts showing as every step of our phone making sure our voicemail is working. Did an improvised stop in at Verizon tonight due to phone calls we have been receiving regarding upgrades for 3 of our phones. Got right in and received excellent customer service and walked out with 3 new iPhone 7s. The salesman assisting was excellent and did a great job with helping us get our phones set up.
